Azerbaijan Airlines is one of dozens and dozens of airlines formed from the fall of the "Iron Curtain" after the break up of the Soviet Union. Initially operating with Russian equipment, the airline had already added 727-200s for some of it's Western European services by 1998. Still, the Russian metal was going strong, with the Yak 40, Tu-154M, and Tu-134A still active in the fleet. Unlike most post-Soviet start-ups, the airline is alive and well, operating modern aircraft like the 787 today. Included are repaints by Christian Gold for TCAI Tu-154M, SBAI Tu-134A, and the Maxc-Sim YAK-40. The 727-200 is in the Avsim library as "aia_b727200_azal.zip".Flightplans by Vadim Stepanyuk. Here's probably the best addition to your favorite Trijet! The Dreamfleet 727 sure is one of the best simulated classic airliners out there for Flight Simulator, but being a classic, it also brings some problems when flown in a modern air traffic environment. Radio navigation alone just won't do it anymore, especially if you fly online with real controlers. A "go direct XXX" instruction can easily turn into a nightmare - nowadays technology offers some things to ease the workload and increase safety, and it's time to use these means wherever possible.
Boeing 727 jets are still being flown in almost all parts of the world, mostly as freighters, and almost all of them have been updated with modern avionics, ranging from small GPS devices up to full blown glass cockpits with flight management computers.
Thanks to Ernie Alston and his "Integrated Simavionics", you will now be able to equip your fleet of Dreamfleet 727 aircraft with a GNS, allowing not only detailed flight planning but also access to many informations that will very useful during your flights. In case you haven't already done so, now would be a good time to pick up the manuals that came with the "Integrated Simavionics Package" to learn about the many new possibilities you will gain by adding the GNS to your cockpit. The gauges will be added both to the 2D and 3D cockpits!
Another benefit you get with this package: the Virtual Cockpit textures will now appear in a much higher resolution, providing crisp and clear instruments and a much better look! Note that this is only enabled with the GNS-equipped cockpits.

This is another repaint for the FSX AI Default MD-83. Special note: Korean Air flight 1533 overran the runway at Pohang Aero after going around because of poor visibility. The plane collided into ten atennas then broke up into two. Fortunately, no one was killed. This repaint requires the flyable base pack of the FSX Default MD-83 by Braden Peters.

File Description:
This gauge is written specifically for Captain Sim's B737-200 and B737-200Adv aircraft (http://www.captainsim.com/products/x737/). It will inform you of appropriate take-off speeds (V-speeds), take-off trim units, Vref landing speeds, elapsed flight time, fuel used, optimum cruise altitude, optimum ERP setting and Maximum Climb Thrust (MCT). It will also indicate when the aircraft's gross weight has been exceeded and if an incorrect flap has been set. Take-off speeds are adjusted for altitude and temperature values. Flight time and fuel used can be reset at any time by clicking on their respective displays. Provisions have been made to allow user adjustments to Optimum Altitude, Optimum EPR and Center of Gravity values.
Seven F/O take-off call-outs are included: 80 knots, V1, VR, V2, Gear-up, Flaps-up and Slats Retract.

These are the complete Winter 2015-16 flight plans for Cityjet and VLM including charters and actual positioning flights.
I have based both flight plans on the week 8-14 November 2015.
VLM has demerged from Cityjet and has begun operating an increasing number of scheduled and charter flights under its own callsign. VLM no longer operates for Aurigny, and its production for Cityjet is down to two aircraft. I have separated out the Cityjet production. This is not entirely what happens in real life, but at least you'll get the callsigns right.
Cityjet and VLM use alphanumeric callsigns which we are not able to reproduce in Flight Simulator, so I have used the commercial flight numbers throughout.

This gauge has been developed for FSX Flight Simulator SP2 or SP1. It should also work with Acceleration, but this is not guaranteed by the author.
The gauge provides flight information for the pilot regarding the destination airport in terms of frequencies, runway conditions, altitude, bearing and distance, and basic information about the flight plan like current travelled miles and a estimated calculation about the Top Of Descent (TOD ) decision point.
This Version 2 includes 3 additional information pages for the runway layouts of the destination and the departure airport, and a page which provides graphical information about the terrain level relative to the aircraft on the selected flight plan.
