This FS2004 repaint represents a customized livery of the latest Virgin Atlantic scheme for G-VROC. This livery exibits black Virgin titles instead of the purple color used on the new livery.
The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paintkit and features DDS DXT3 textures. This is my interpretation based on limited photos of G-VROC available at this time.
PMDG 747-400 for FS2004 required. See readme for important installation instructions and enjoy the repaint.

Model Features include fully animated control surfaces, fully independent suspension, main gear steering, trim animation, opening passenger doors, opening cargo doors, dynamic flexing wings, animated tilting boogies, rolling wheels, animated thrust reverser's, fully reflective textures (each part has different degree of reflection based on material), accurate flight dynamics (accurate FDE with full profiles for wheels, tires, struts, leading/trailing struts, engine types ... Tested by real pilots.), newly re-defined individual part damage profiles, accurate spoiler animation, detailed textures, full night lighting, visible landing lights from the cockpit, reflective cockpit windows, crash effects, transparent nav light lenses, newly re-defined individual part damage profiles. Model Designer Hiroshi Igami. Flight Dynamics Designer Warren C. Daniel. Tested by Project Open Sky Members. Master textures by Corey Ford. This is a paint of Pan Am (Pan American World Airways) Clipper Juan T. Trippe N747PA which was the 2nd 747 ever built in her billboard livery from the mid 80s until the end of Pan Am in 1991.

The Project Opensky Boeing 747100V4 Native Conversion for FSX/P3D is the first of the initial release of the POSKY 747V4 Classic Series, and it is a new conversion of the old top-hit freeware add-on aircraft series that is known to the Flight Simulation Community since FS2002, FS2004, and onwards to FSX and has been loved by thousands of Flight-simmers across the world because of its simple-but-great model, and completely free of charge.
But with newer flight simulators on the line under the ESP Flight Simulator Type such as Lockheed Martin Prepar3DV4 and V5,
the Project Opensky Boeing 747V4 Classic Series (which was only made for FS9) were slowly falling behind and couldn’t keep up
with the current flight simulators today.
And now, for the first time in 2020; this conversion has surfaced to the public and in the eyes of the flight simulation community. Destined to fly in the current flight simulators of today like FSX, FSX: Steam Edition, Prepar3D V1 to V4 and Prepar3D V5, this classic freeware had continued to live on into the new era, bringing nostalgia not only just to those who flown it before in FS2004, but also for a new generation who can relive classic scenes of the Jumbo Jet’s illustrious history through this iconic freeware add-on aircraft series in today’s flight simulator platforms. And the permission to convert the models was acquired from the developer who was the mind of the POSKY 747V4 Classic Series: Hiroshi Igami. And he gave our conversion team the green light to do so. Leading to this conversion to surface in the public for the first time.

Hey , here is the AIR NEWZELAND plane file , just download it and try it in FGFS , see what have been changed with the new paints .
Every guys here can do this job ig you have SGIformat Plug-in for PhotoShop installed , you will easily import , edit and export .rgb file format in P.S. , the .rgb filr format ( PBimage ) are used in all the textures in FGSF , so the 747`s too .
In doing this paint , i have used a REAL PHOTO based , it means all the parts from new 747 in all from one REAL PHOTO liverly , it dosn`t a draw image but pretty REAL textures , Using a little Photoshop skills to added them together to be a paint , High detail , High quaritty , High liverly and pretty Real .

Thanks guys , i have already known how to operating in FGFS , and just for fun , i have already do the re-paint for 747 too , there is AIR NEWZELAND `s paint job , the LORD of the RINGS color designs .

Yangon International Airport "MINGALADON" will be able to accommodate bigger aircrafts and handle more passengers when work on extending its runway and upgrading its facilities is completed in July 2006. The completion of the runway extension will enable Boeing 747 and Airbus 380 airplanes to use the airport. The work on extending the runway from 8100 feet to 11,200 feet began October 2004. The length of the two-storey building will be increased from 340 feet to 800 feet, its width from 140 feet to 200 feet. This scenery buildings and parking areas maybe are different from the real one, but the runway is exact 11228 feet long. The ILS-Correction is already contained here. Re-upload

This update to the WBKK airport I created using the freeware Airport Design Editor X (v1.47.07) includes:
- a working parallel taxipath that runs from runway 20 and expanded apron
- additional buildings and designated airline codes for parking
- addition/edit of some objects' appearance and/or position, including a rotating tower beacon at night
with FSX object libraries. Some objects (lightposts and car parking lots) from the Acceleration pack are added for more realism, but may not be visible for the FSX RTM users.
The surrounding scenery buildings are created based on photos taken from Google Maps and other sites about Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA).
This airport has been tested with a Boeing 747-400 and Airbus A330-200.

This livery will only work for the PMDG MD-11 (FS9 Version). It includes both engine models. I created this shortly after the 787 maiden flight 15 Dec 2009. You can read my original post and see some better pics here: http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtopic=270682
I did the engines to give them the toothed look like the newer Boeing models have. I even did the tail engine and modified the night shadowing to fit the style better. I also have a 747 version that looks like the -8. This comes with a my latest passenger light set also. If you don't like them, simply overwrite. Make your own "Spotter" video now! Enjoy!
