This airport update was made with the latest version of ADE (Airport Design Editor) and made for FSX as a replacement for the stock (default) airport. I found that most stock airports in FSX lack a decent amount of character and realism and I've tried to fix that a little bit. This airport in particular had no commercial aircraft parking at all. I've added plenty of parking for GA aircraft as well as some hangars around the GA aprons. I've redone the main terminal to match the shape of the current terminal complete with the 3 jetways the airport terminal has. There's parking for regional aircraft and GA on the main apron as well. Small touches like vehicles in the parking lot and service vehicles and crates on the apron and birds in the vicinity of the airport add a little bit more depth to what was a rather bland stock airport. File Description:
This is a new repaint for an old freeware Aero Commander Shrike - the work of the Milton Shupe Commander Team. I think Paul Sounders is listed as the developer, but several team members contributed lots and lots of hours. This was a native FS2004 model that someone ported over to FSX. The interior evidently did not get the same attention that the flight model and panel received. I asked Tom Tiedman, a fellow flight simmer, to update the interior for my personal taste and he did a great job in a matter of a few hours. You will notice the improvements when compared to the other texture files. You will need the FSX version of the Aero Commander Shrike that is not that easy to find but keep searching. The file I downloaded is ac500sv.zip (freeware). This is nothing fancy at all, just another repaint but a greatly improved interior. Thanks to TomT and I hope you enjoy the repaint.

Further more, some villages and cities in the area of Karlovy Vary Airport have added to the scenery, to make the approach more realistic. So here is the update.

This is an AFCAD update for FsDreamteam's Houston/George Bush Intercontinental Airport. I have reworked the original AFCAD, so that all airlines should use the appropriate gates now. I have also edited the parking spots so that the United Express gates are used by old FS9 models with their larger parking radius.

Xtra Airways is a US Charter airline based in Boise, Idaho. Flights for N43XA were taken from FlightAware for the week of August 10 - 16, 2014. Xtra's other two aircraft are operated for other operators: N279AD for Bahamas Air and N42XA for ONE Airlines in Chile. Update of my Winter 2012-13 plans.
