Napa, Calfornia - Napa county Airport - KAPC UPDATED Patch

I am very sorry that the first version kapc.zip was incorrect. I discovered Gulfstream can't show up due to no GA Large Park links. I edited some GA Large Parks. It works for now. Also missing flatten autogen.
