FS2004/2002 Boeing 747-400 Qants V-Jet livery by Ike Kalua. Registration VH-QVJ fictitious. It was fun watching mister Travolta fly in to SFO for the Aircraft History Gala at SFO recently and caught a glimpse of this at the end of the field that is now closed. The V-Jet is loud and is powerful. It climbs like a DC-9, cause it isn't heavily weighed down. This aircraft features reflective metal textures added to the engine cowls to simulate the look of polishhed Aluminum. like the kind you find on other private jets this size, and of course the V-Jet logo that made the aircraft so pretty!

File Description:
Savannah-Hilton Head Int'l Airport (KSAV). The entire terminal area has been reworked and jetways have been added to all gates. Areas have been added for Gulfstream Industries and also for the Georgia Air National Guard 165th Airlift Wing. This scenery requires that the Nova textures and Nova Gold textures be installed. An AFCAD2 file is included which activates both runways 9/27 and 18/36. It is also strongly suggested that the Rwy12 v1.2 program and all of the static object libraries be previously installed. There is a self-installer included for hassle-free installation of scenery and texture files. Important: a previous installation of the file FS9JETS2.ZIP is also required.

Southwest's N214WN "Maryland One" debuted on June 14th with low passes at both KDAL and KBWI. Wrapped in the Maryland state flag, her livery surpasses any that comes to mind and has attracted the attention intended. Note from the included .jpgs that her port and starboard sides differ. Both DXT3 and 32-bit textures, which she deserves, are included. This is a B737-700 from AI Aardvark designed especially for AI traffic. Features 9 LOD models with animated gear, flaps & spoilers, antennas, flap canoes and simulated gear bays and specular highlights. Extremely frame rate friendly. Textures only. To be used with the aia_737w.zip file available separately. Windows modified; use this lights file.

This one is also a favorite of mine, written back in 2002. It was based on a route flown by a good friend of mine, Stellan Himerby, who is/was a pilot with SAS. At the time, Stellan also had a good web site and a great DC-9 for download. I notice that it is now gone. But read on anyway and fly this great, still flown, route of SAS. You will be flying it exactly as they are still operating this route! Please keep in mind the date it was written. You might find some frequencies that have changed, that I might not be aware of, but as a whole, it should still be fairly accurate.

| BAF ATL.98 Carvair G-ASHZ (1967) |

File Description:
These textures represent the Aviation Traders ATL.98 Carvair #9 G-ASHZ 'Maasbrug', just after British United Air Ferries had been renamed British Air Ferries. Probably this was the only active BAF Carvair that still wore the old dark blue BUAF livery at the time of the change of name of the company, the other examples wearing the newer sand/blue BUAF livery. The textures are based on Jon Walton's original textures for BUAF's G-ARSD. Apart from different registration and new titles, the window arrangement has been altered. These are textures only. You will require Jon Walton's freeware Aviation Traders ATL.98 Carvair (jwat98.zip or jwat98_2k2.zip). Textures by Jon Walton, revisions by Maarten Brouwer.

File Description:
C/n 2675 was delivered to Air France on August 9, 1951 as L-749A F-BBDT. Bought by Royal Air Maroc on January 28, 1960 and registered CN-CCN. Converted to Freighter and fitted with a front cargo door in November 1961. In June 1970 withdrawn from use and transferred to Royal Air Maroc Centre de Formation Professionnelle at Anfa Airport, Casablanca (Morocco) as a training airframe for ground training. Since 1990 no longer in use but restored and repainted in period Royal Air Maroc colors of 2004/05 and parked outside.
Textures only. The FS2004/FSX Lockheed L-749 Constellation Base Kit (lockheed749.zip)
and the update kit (749_models_update.zip) must be installed.

This commercial airport is one of the most famous aviation landmarks once being the home of the commercial arm of the McDonnell Douglas Corporation (now part of Boeing). Long Beach Airport was the production home for most of the MDD models including the DC-9, MD-80, DC-10, MD-11, B717 and is currently the home of the C-17 military freighter. performance and XML flaps on takeoff.
Other features include 9 LOD models and
moving parts. Very detailed, includes

antennas, flap canoes and simulated gear
bays and specular highlights. Base Model
only, includes no textures.
Includes optional reflective model.
Also includes winglet model just in case.
Important! This model will NOT work with
textures painted for the original 2003
AIA 737-500 model.
