This is part of our flightplans for the Winter 2018-2019 season. The Alpha India Group team aims to provide high quality flightplans for the FS community. Each flightplan has been tested using many resources, and our goal is to make a realistic representation of each airline's route network. Please visit our forum at www.alpha-india.net/forums to read more and sometimes also updates for the plans released.
If you are using P3Dv4, all flightplans appearing here can also be installed by One-Click-Installer (OCI) provided in AIG's AI Manager (AIM). See our forum for download links and support. This flightplan is written in 2 week cycle format and therefore only usable in FSX or P3D.

This Gulfstream C-37B (Callsign: Sam Fox) is a modified G-550SP for High Ranking Government Official and Staff transport operations world-wide. This aircraft (01-0028) is the one operated by the USAF 89th Airlift Wing, 99th Airlift Squadron, Andrews AFB (KADW), Maryland. There are 4 others, assigned to the US Army (1), Navy (2), and Coast Guard (1). Cost per unit was $55 million in 2006. Original model and sound (2017) by: Peter Brun. File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the MIlviz P-38L, representing P-38J-15-LO 42-104111, which for a while was the assigned aircraft of Lt George Baird of the 49th FS, 14th FG, 15th AF, based in Italy during 1944. The aircraft was named Elaine Marie after his wife, while Butch was his nickname for his son, George. This particular aircraft was destroyed during a landing inbcident at Triolo on the 29th september 1944, while Lt Baird was hit by flak and crashed in Hungary on the 26th of November 1944, flying another P-38. He is buried at the Ardennes war cemetery in Belgium. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Milviz.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Wings of Power III P-47D Thunderbolt, representing P-47D-22-RE 42-26124 C4-Z "Dry Run", the assignjed aircraft of Lt Zell Smith, of the 388th FS/365th FG. Hailing from Monroe, Louisiana, Lt. Smith was one of the original pilots of the 365th. He had a very dry sense of humor, which was sometimes mistaken for a serious demeanor, but other pilots liked to fly with him because he exuded confidence. During the october 21, 1944 'turkey shoot', he was credited with shooting down a 109, a 190 and damaging a second 190. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Martin Catney.

This Mystic Rock Resort (Mystic Rocks Nat'l Monument) is fictitious and located 35 miles west of Ketchikan, Alaska. It's main attraction are the huge rocks left here some 2.6 million years ago, when glaciers covered the northern hemisphere - as the glaciers moved south they brought these rocks more than 600 miles leaving them at their current locations.
The resort has a water runway and helipad, two start locations, an NDB (ADF) frequency of 302.0 and many, many attractions. Your visit may lead to running tours by helo or small float plane to these geological wonders. Designed with a clean FSX installation and to enhance your FS world. File Description:
FS2004 Scenery - Ryan Airfield (ICAO: KRYN, FAA LID: RYN), is a general aviation reliever airport located 12 miles west of Tucson International Airport at the intersection of Ajo Way and Valencia Road. The field was created in the 1940s as a training camp for the Army Air Corps. After the war, the state of Arizona approached the Tucson Airport Authority, who also manages Tucson International, about operating the airfield. The Authority and the state entered into a long-term lease agreement and over the years Ryan Airfield has become a busy and popular airfield. Working TACAN Beacons in the UK: In real-life TACAN beacons require a TACAN receiver to receive the course (OBS) information of the beacon. With a civil VOR/DME receiver you only receive the distance (DME) to the beacon. The problem in FS is that there are no dedicated TACAN gauges, so it's not possible to perform TACAN approaches, because this requires course information of the beacon. To overcome this problem i've modified the TACAN beacons in the UK so you can fully use them with civil receivers. And so are able to fly TACAN approaches. File Description:
Released as an open championship gift to flight-simmers who golf (whether on a real course, or in Links 2003), this file contains textures for the Jet City Aircraft payware, which you must have, to make them function. There are FS2002 and FS2004 versions of this payware, and the FS2004 version is known to work in FSX, with a proper FSX panel. The fictive tail number has been placed unobtrusively, and shows a sense of humor. LinksAir is another concept of mine fusing FS with a popular PC golf sim that is still going strong, 9 years after it first appeared. Plans call for operating a virtual European mini-tour, this September (details in the READ ME).

Got frustrated trying to get the tower where you think it is in reality, or at least somewhere where it fits well? If the answer is yes, then take a look at autower. Designed to operate in the background without any user intervention, it automatically moves the tower to the airport where you want it to be, to the spot where the tower sits in reality (well, at least somewhere close). FSX Cessna 152 flyable blank white textures
for the Just Flight/FS Insider freeware
Cessna 152 for FSX, which you must have
previously installed. If you want to paint it,
there are some vertical and horizontal panel
seams already in place that line up precisely
with each other from texture to texture,
so they can serve as accurate reference
points for quick and easy repaint planning
and painting. Used as a starting point for
a recent repaint, it seemed a waste to just
delete them after finishing, so I offer them
up to anyone who wants to mess around with them.
Have fun! Flies nicely in FSX-SP2.
