| RAF Burtonwood scenery - Station 590 |

File Description:
Scenery for RAF Burtonwood located near Manchester covering the period 1943 to 1953. The largest American airforce base in Europe during WW2, Burton wood handled the assembly/refitting or modification to over 11,000 aircraft during WW2. It was a key factor in the successful outcome of the Berlin airlift of 1947/48 where the 200 hour maintenance inspections were carried out on the C-54 transport aircraft.
Requires also the freeware EZ-scenery library from Abacus which is a self install.

| P-51D N4451C "Warhorse" |

File Description:
P-51D 44-74444 'Warhorse' was flown in this scheme in the late '80s and early '90's by Dan Joyce and his partners. The hand in the noseart is a symbol for the practice of American Indians to mark their mustangs with warpaint. Following a crash landing in 1994, the aircraft was sold and is at present in storage in California. Repaint for the Shockwave World War II Fighters P-51D Mustangby Jan kees Blom, based on the paintkit by John Terrell.

A kit of textures to replace the Around The World Challenge originals (make a backup copy, if you'd like to switch back to them!) from First Class Simulations package: starting from the original ones I rebuild them back, enhancing some effects like weathering and bumps up, and adding better graphics and codes; in the texture.general folder you would find the VC panels with an old picture of Amelia stuck on using American tape, an essential accessory no pilot should ever take off without!

File Description:
A bit of a mystery, this one. N345MW is/was registered to Maschek Wolfgang. Built in 2003, it lived in Europe, Switzerland-Austria-Germany, can't be sure. The puzzling thing is the U.S. registration and American flag. In any event it was DE-registered in 2008 and the present whereabouts are unknown. Too pretty to be left rotting in a barn somewhere.

Spokane International Airport (KGEG) is a medium size regional airport in the North of the United States (Washington State). It is serviced daily by Southwest Airlines, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Airlines and United Airlines. This scenery included the new build terminal C and its parking area. It is a further development of the great work of William Morgan (Frame-Raste-Friendly-Studio '©), so many thanks for his work founding this new creation of Spokane Intl Airport.

File Description:
A new airline from Uganda with a well known tail logo. Skyjet optained its AOC in October 2008 and starts with this 1984 built Boeing 737-232 which had been in service with Delta AL and Sky King before. The registration is still the old american one. The sticker on both sides of the aircraft are related to the ALOK group. Why Skyjet uses the old National Airlines "Sun King" logo could be another interesting question. Textures only for the AI Aardvark model.

FSX Boeing 307 Stratoliner ver 1.1. The Boeing 307 was the first pressurized airliner. Because of the war, only 10 were built, initially for Pan American and TWA (and a special version for Howard Hughes). Five versions are included here, in PanAm and TWA colours as well as Airnautic and Aigle Azur. This version 1.1 is for FSX only, and has been modified to work correctly with all versions of FSX. The Boeing 737-800 is one of the new generation variations of the popular “Baby Boeing”. This aircraft features full animation (control surfaces, spoilers, landing gear & doors) and full lighting effects. Three variations, painted in the colors of American Airlines, Delta Airlines and the South African Airways, are provided. This is the fourth and final of a series of ten 737’s (one 100, four 200’s, two 700’s & three 800’s), which were uploaded during the last few weeks.
