EGLL (LHR) Default Scenery V1.0

File Description:
This RAFCAD file adds all gates possible at EGLL ( 159 gates ), with the all new European designators for each gate and taxi - way. This is for use with Default scenery. In this version i have opened runway 27L for take off and 27R for landing. Runway 23 is taken out of use completely as it is never used in real life except for on rare occasions. The maintenance area is not included as planes do not park here. All Taxis-ways have designators taken from real world BAA documents. Please read the readme file for more details. I will update this when Ulimate traffic is released to put all airlines in the correct place, but as there is only a limited amount of airlines on the web right now, i have selected other ( area ) for more long haul places and some short haul )

Agusta Bell AB-47G Hellenic Air Force (with floaters)

File Description:
Agusta Bell AB-47G helicopters equiped with floaters for water landings, used to operate in service of Hellenic Air Force, since 1971. They used to operate as VIP transporters, liasons, trainers or even as ambulances. Painted with bright light blue & white pattern, some of them are resting at the Hellenic Air Force museum today. This repaint version has been specifically created as an honor to the 359th Sqdr of Hellenic Air Force with an utility role. This "AB-47G_HAF_v2.zip" package is fully compatible with FS2K2 and it contains sound, panel, checklist, and a VERY completed aircraft handbook/manual (16 pages) which can be read with Adobe Acrobat. This repaint was based on the original GMAX model made by Jean Marie Mermaz. The package also contains visual effects, night lighting, floaters for landing on water, etc.

Ansett Australia VH-BZL was imported for Air Canada in June 22, 2001. it was initially C-GHLA but then the aircraft was bought From Air canada to Ansett Australia. This aircraft did high end domestic routes in Australia, and occasionally international routes too. High Canyon Camp

File Description:
This little camp in the Ketchikan, Alaska area is part of a group of fictional sceneries covering Southeast AK. Should work fine with or without Eddy Denny's terrain mesh. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have. Menu entries on the Add-on Scenery menu will get you to the starting points. Requires trees_v3 from Garrish Gray. Includes a short dirt strip, STOL planes only need apply. It makes for a nice hop from Ketchikan, AK, and due its proximity to Moudi Farm (Najis Bush Scenery), is a good weekend camping spot for farm residents and visitors. The old cabin is boarded up and has fallen into disuse, but the landing strip is in pretty good shape, and you will usually (okay always) find campers there. Fly on in, I'm sure you'll be welcome.

Lockheed-Martin C-130J Hercules

File Description:
The Lockheed C130J Hercules (or Super Hercules) is the latest in a long range of this legendary transport aircraft. It is easily distinguishable from its predecessors by its six-bladed propellers. Other improvements include more powerful engines, higher cruise- and maximum speed, longer range and improved avionics. This aircraft features animation of all control surfaces, landing gear and propellers; full lighting effects; opening front door and rear cargo ramp. A photo-realistic, custom-designed panel (including xnl-gauges) with a Heads-Up Display (“HUD”) and a Multi Functional Display (“MFD”) for navigation is also provided. An experienced Hercules pilot checked the flight dynamics. Extensive documentation, including checklists, aircraft information and information on panel operation is provided. Four variations, painted in the colors of the United States Air Force, Royal Air Force, South African Air Force and the Royal Australian Air Force, are provided.

Air Canada DC-8 Operating Manual

File Description:
These are scans from an old Air Canada DC-8 manual. There are four chapters: Chapter 2 - Normal Operation, which includes Takeoff through Approach and Landing procedures. Chapter 4 - Performance, which includes performance charts for DC-8-40 (RR Conway), DC-8-50 (JT3D-3), DC-8-61 (JT3D-3) and DC-8-63 (JT3D-7). Chapter 20 - Flight Instruments, which includes detailed descriptions and schematics of the pitot static system, gyrosyn compass system, and a flight director approach diagram. Chapter 21 - Automatic Flight Control System, which includes descriptions and a schematic of the autopilot system, as well as a description of autothrottle operation (Air Canada had some DC-8-63s with autothrottle). These are the only chapters I have, so don't bother asking for more! Big thanks to Herman Kreimes who provided the material for scans.

VTOL/Hover gauge for Harrier

File Description:
This freeware gauge adds new VTOL & Hover features to the FS9 payware Sigma/Iris Harrier. Besides true vertical takeoff&landing, it allows you to fly forward, backward, sideways and turn, while in a hover. This solution is based on overriding the normal FS flightdynamics while in a hover; in short, it's a VTOL&Hover FDE coded in a gauge. Special thanks to Doug Dawson, who created a gauge that provides for overriding FSX variables from an XML gauge. Requires FSUIPC4 (registered or unregistered, NOT included). The README includes extensive installation and flying instructions, including how to port your FS9 version of the Harrier to FSX. Besides the VTOL gauge, it also adds a fuel dump/load gauge, a gauge that lets you change the vertical ViewDirection in the 2D Cockpit, and replacements for two FSX-incompatible gauges in the original Harrier package.

Fairchild F-91

File Description:
FS2004 Fairchild F-91: In 1935 Pan American engineers working closely with A. A. Gassner developed this amphibious aircraft that was to be known as the Fairchild F-91. It was an all metal shoulder wing monoplane intended to carry eight passengers. The aircraft featured fully retractable landing gear . While a very attractive airplane only eleven were ever produced with two of those going to the Brazilian subsidiary of Pan American for use on the Amazon River. Two F-91s went to the Japanese Navy for testing and were used as liaison aircraft. The last F-91 produced was purchased by American Millionaire Gar Wood who had it named “Wings of Mercy” and painted in RAF colors.
