File Description:
To improve the scenery of Elba (small Italian island between the Italian coast of Tuscany and the island Corsica), I changed the waterclass around the island, more specific I added the beautiful
lightblue colours that are often seen by shallow waters in tropical seas and the Mediterranean.
They didn't show up by default for Elba.

Xtra Water was made using default textures from fs9. If you have VOZ they may not look the same because voz changes textures xtra water does not have have. It may look better or worse. We havent tested it.
