File Description:
Two Continental 747-143A repaints for the Project Open Sky 747 v4 series. These repaints depict the historical status of one airframe, N17011.
The liveries include the 1980's "red meatball" paint scheme, and the current familiar livery we see today which dates from the early 1990's.
The experts among you will note that the customer number -43 was assigned by Boeing to Alitalia, indicating that these aircraft were acquired by Continental in the resale market.
The colors and logos depicted here are accurate to the best of my ability. I've been interested in historic 747's for several years now as an outgrowth of my experiences with the Historic Jetliners Group.
The natural metal textures I used on the engines is the work of my HJG associate Yannick Charland.
I've included models and the necessary text files to incorporate these repaints into your collection.

| CPair Regional Dreamwings Embraer 170 |

File Description:
Starting in June of 1999, Embraer launched a family of jets that are changing the way we are looking at commercial aviation today. Embraer launched a new family of twin engine jet liners which where built to meet the growing and changing needs of the commercial aviation industry. CPair chose this jet for their Regional division, due to it’s innovation. Although this plane is in CPair’s Regional department it is quite capable, with a maximum range of 2,000nm, and an operating speed of Mach 0.82 this 70 to 78 passenger jet is certainly capable of longer hauls. Due to it’s advantages and advanced systems the Embraer ERJ-170 is capable of carrying passengers now and in the future as well. This repaint requires the original Embraer-170 by Dreamwings. This file is for WestWind pilots ONLY. This file adds WestWind Airlines aircraft to your A/I traffic and flightplans. Flights are CONUS only, no OS flights. Feel free to add your own OS flights. You must have TTools by Lee Swordy, you must also have the Airbus 380, MD-83, B-747-400, ERJ-145XR, Beech 1900D, ATR 42-300, B-757-200, A-330-200, and the Baron 58 Repaint. All aircraft are downloadable from the WestWind website. You must be a WestWind Member. Make sure to read my instructions completely before beginning. Now you can fly any aircraft you wish, and you will see and hear WestWind flights taking off and landing at your airports. | MYER Rock Sound International, Eleuthera Island, Bahamas |

File Description:
Googly scenery for Rock Sound International (ICAO: MYER), a grand-sounding but
quiet airport located on Eleuthera Island, Bahamas. Eleuthera is a long
and thin island east of Nassau and has three commercial airports, the busiest
being Governor's Harbour. Rock Sound is at the southern end and is served twice
daily by Dash 8 turboprops of Bahamasair, along with occasional flights by
operators such as Southern Air Charter. The airport has seen busier days and
was once even served from Europe by Alitalia.
Microsoft have only provided general aviation facilities at this airport in
Flight Simulator 2004 and this scenery seeks to redress the situation
so that you and your "AI" traffic can use the airport realistically.
The scenery does not purport to be ultra-accurate. Based on high quality
satellite imagery from Google Earth, the layout is proportionally correct but the
added airport features, such as buildings, are built from default Microsoft objects
and add-on libraries so will not look exactly like the real thing.
You are not obliged to download and install any additional scenery libraries,
but to enjoy this scenery in its entirety, you may wish to. It will work fine,
with or without.

| Fairchild 24 (2/96) Swedish Air Force |

This folder contains a repaint for the Lionheart Fairchild 24, in the colors of 2/96, a civilian Fairchild 24 that was impressed into the Swedish Air Force. At the outbreak of war, many civilian aircraft were mobilized. Most of them was larger aircraft, but lighter aircraft for liaison work were also used. The Naval Aviation Wing of F 2 at Hägernäs needed smaller aircraft for transport of personnel and liaison in their co-operation with the Navy.
For this reason, one Fairchild 24-C8CS-De Luxe was mobilized between May of 1940 and February of 1943. Its earlier civil registration was SE-AIR (in the USA ex NC15926). It was powered with a Warner Super Scarab S50 air-cooled radial engine delivering 145 hk. The aircraft was designated Tp 6 and got the Air Force number 912. At the delivery of the Tp 6 in May of 1940 to the Air Force, it crashed. But it was repaired and in service again in October the same year. After its time in the Air Force, the Fairchild went back to the civil register, where it was written off in 1951 after another crash.
