File Description:
This is an improved version of the stock KEUG (Mahlon Sweet Field) located in Eugene, Oregon, USA. Two major changes have been made: (1) runway 3-21 has been removed and (2) runway 34R-16L has been added. Both of these changes were made to the airport several years ago but have not been reflected in Flight Simulator.

Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force & Iranian Revolutionary Guard Il-76 flightplans

File Description:
This is an attempt to represent all Il-76 military aircraft based throughout Iran. But I cannot vouch for the accuracy - all info has been researched from the web. Most flights remain in Iranian airspace, with one or two visits further afield. I have limited their activity to an average of just under six legs per aircraft. Clandestine supply flights to Russia and China in support of the ageing Sukhoi and MiG/Chengdu fleets are included. I use the Rulexy ai models from Avsimrus, with the Michael Pearson repaints from Avsim. The Aircraft_...txt file is set up ready for these paints.

Air Charter Express package (flightplans + repaint textures)

File Description:
This is a mere "representation" of the Air Charter Express aircraft and their cargo charter movements. I cannot vouch for the accuracy - all info has been researched from the web. The majority of the flights operate from EBOS Oostende/Brugge International Airport, Ostend, Belgium and provide transport links between RAF Lyneham, UK and ORMM Basrah, Iraq. The aircraft are sometimes chartered for humanitarian missions, whereupon noise restrictions that ban this aircraft from many European airfields are often waived. These flightplans reflect this unusual freedom. Other destinations include Africa and the Middle East, plus Brasil and China. Thanks to Jason King, for allowing my use of his Avient Air repaint. That repaint was of an ex United Arabian Airlines aircraft, so it was ideal for the Air Charter Express aircraft 9G-AED. Make sure you correctly identify which ai DC-8 model goes with which texture (full details in the installation instructions).

EBOS Oostende/Brugge International Airport, Ostend, Belgium (includes modified twy signs!)

File Description:
These files are for the FS9 default. The "AF2_EBOS_DF.BGL" file is based on the Microsoft Virtual Earth aerial photography (via "Flash Earth"). It is an extensive modification of a file by Jean-Philippe Delwiche (merci Monsieur!). The "EBOS_twy_signs.BGL" file corrects the taxiway sign positions and content, and the exclude files prevent any default scenery from obstructing the airfield. Because I like the interesting variation and "East meets West" feel of the Oostende traffic, I like to pass through once in a while. Therefore, it is important to me that the layout is at least proportionally genuine, and a better reflection of reality than the default. My thanks to Jean-Philippe Delwiche (aka JeePee) for his kind permission for my use of his work. Also, thanks to Jan Martin for his guide to taxiway sign editing, which I hope I have used to good effect. This release complements my Air Charter Express and MK Airlines flightplans well.

File Description:
This AF2 file is based on the googlemaps image. As I spent time on this "getting it right" a while back, I thought I may as well share it. Parking is provided for all aviation (both civil, military and ga), and I recommend World of AI and Military AI Works packages to get you started. Ample space is provided for a lot more than this, however. If you have the MAIW packages, or indeed many other ai packages, you may be delighted to see what passes through the military aprons from time to time.

VNKT Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, Nepal

File Description:
This AF2 file is based on the googlemaps image. As I spent time on this "getting it right" a while back, I thought I may as well share it. Parking is provided for all aviation (both civil, military and ga). I recommend World of AI, and also Project AI (older) packages to get some of the local airlines active. There is also a Nepali army package on Avsim that I use to good effect, and for which I have provided parking spaces. I have closed operations in the rwy 20 direction to prevent approaches through a mountain. Rwy 02 operations work much better, given the limitations that such a restrictive airfield presents to the FS9 AI "engine".
