Harvard: Target tug 7166 for FSX (ZU-AOZ)

File Description:
TEXTURES ONLY, for the outstanding ALPHASIM Texan/Harvard T-6. A repaint of a target tug (registration 7166) for the South African Airforce. This plane is now registered privately: ZU-AOZ. Repaint by Eberhard Haberkorn. © AlphaSim 2007. The North American T-6 Texan was an excellent design that served as a basic transitional combat trainer in all branches of U.S. service as well as in countries worldwide. Approximately 17,000 of the type were built and some 350 are still airworthy. Some 30 remain in South Africa and the heritage lives on with the Harvard Club of South Africa which maintains ten Harvards. The aircraft serial numbers are 7024, 7028 (AOS), 7059, 7152 (AOP), 7156 , 7166 (AOZ), 7306, 7592, 7643 (AOX), 7661.

North American F-86E/F Sabre FSX "Upgrade"

File Description:
A collection of various fixes for SectionF8's F-86E/F Sabre for operations in FSX. Modified glass textures for FSX SP2 compatibility; disabled exhaust and smoke effects to improve rendering performance; new, FSX-style texture management (based on texture.cfgs and .dds textures); fixed radios in the VC and more, like automated conversion of the Sabre's textures into .dds format. This update does NOT CONTAIN A NEW, NATIVE FSX MODEL, it's basically still a portover from FS9! A separate, full FSX model of the Sabre will released by SectionF8 once it's done! FSX Dassault Mirage IIIRZ "838" (Late scheme), SAAF

File Description:
A repaint of the superb payware Skysim Mirage III/V package. It is painted as Dassault Mirage IIIRZ "838" of 2 Sqn South African Air Force, based at Hoedspruit AFB in the 1980's. The SAAF was a major Mirage user and they had a large fleet of Mirage IIICZ, IIIEZ, IIIRZ/R2Z and IIIBZ/DZ trainers. The recce IIIRZ's operated alongside the fighter Mirage IIICZ's at No. 2 Sqn and they proved to be a very important tactical asset during the long border war in South West Africa/Angola.

Tipella Airstrip and Seaplane Base - CBB7 - VAN9 (FSX)

File Description:
Tipella is located at the top of Harrison Lake in British Columbia Canada right in the middle of some great FSX Scenery. Tipella began its history during the Fraser Canyon gold rush in the 1800’s. In fact, Douglas, just north of Tipella was the second largest settlement on the British Columbia mainland. All objects used are FSX Deluxe. This scenery was compiled from satellite images and photographs of the area. Included are both the airstrip and the dock (VAN9). There is fueling at the dock. Tipella makes a great stop off point for a float plane flight from Harrison Hot Springs to Whistler/Green Lake Seaplane Base. You must have VANCOUVER PLUS in order for this scenery to work.
