File Description:
Prepar3D Scenery--Hong Kong International Airport (VHHH), China. This is Ray Smith's 'fsx_vhhh_rs.zip' file. Ray has given permission to adapt his file for Prepar3Dv2. This airport update is for Chek Lap Kok Airport and made only for Prepar3Dv2. The new Midfield Terminal now added which includes three gates for the A380, assigned parking as per their website with extra parking, cargo expansion area updated, taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts, extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other scenery improvements. Airport views are from inside the control tower (when in tower view). By Robert Catherall.

This is part of the third round of Afcads issued by Alpha India Group. AIG Ground aims to create high quality Afcads for both FS2004 and for FSX default and add on scenery airports. Our Afcads are created drawing on a number of resources and aim to simulate the real world airport as closely as possible but also to take account of FS constraints and ensure good levels of traffic and realistic traffic parking and flow around the airport. LXGB- Gibralter. Just a basic upgrade of the default scenery. Things added: Changed some gates and added new ones, Added Buildings around the airport, Put in a fire station, Tarmaced the entire surface like the real airport, Added some helpful Taxiway signs
Things i would like to do in future versions.
Put in a real road surface
Tested on a system upgraded to Acceleration so i'm not sure of results on lesser versions of FSX. I am not responsible for any damage to your system.

File Description:
This is the 3rd Airport in a series of new ILS runways. As most know initiating the ILS at certain airports for AI Traffic is not a function at this time when using AFCAD2. If you add a new ILS runway to an airport such as KMCO (Orlando International Airport 17L/35R) only the user aircraft can use this runway when visibility falls below 3 miles. ATC will no longer use this runway for AI Traffic because FS9 sees it as a visual runway. This will cause ATC to vector your AI Traffic back to 17/35 (old numbers) 17R/35L (new numbers) which is also a Terminal departure runway. This file adds all NAVAIDS for making 17L/35R a Precision Instrument Runway. I have added all the radar fixes for both the ILS approach portion and the proper missed approach procedures, altitudes and intersections as per current published plates. All AI Aircraft will now continue to use 17L/35R when Airport visual conditions are less than 3 miles.

File Description:
Here is an improved version of the stock Watertown International Airport. Most default buildings were
replaced and other buildings added. I adjusted an apron to clear the road, and added other aprons,
roads, and taxiways. Also added paved and gravel parking lots, static vehicles, aircraft, lightpoles, etc.
I assigned gates to Cape Air which flies from Watertown to Albany, NY. The airport is located on
Lake Ontario.

| Orlando International Airport (KMCO) Update 2004 |

File Description:
Orlando International Airport in December of 2003 opened a 4th runway to the field. This runway is designated 17L-35R. Also, the old 17-35 was renamed to 17R-35L. For those of you not using payware scenery of Orlando International Airport, these scenery files update the default scenery of OIA to include the new runway and change the designation of the 17-35 to 17R-35L. Also, all corresponding NAV aids are included, and the airport traffic has been updated to include all the new scenery using AFCAD2. Currently, I do not have taxiway signs for the new addition. An addon file will be released soon with all the taxiway signs placed into the scenery as appropriate.

File Description:
An extremely accurate rendition of the KBHM airport with appropriate gate, cargo and general aviation parkin. I've decided to make it a habit to do airports that one doesn't really see much on FS. Everyone does 300 AFCADs of KORD and there's nothing wrong with that it's a great airport but I figured I didn't need to add another KORD or KLAX to the pile unless I'd be providing something the others lack and I can't seem to find it. So, again, I'll be continuing to do AFCADs I feel are lacking or unavailable or not done well. The BHM airport is definetely not a bustling international port of call and it only receives mainline service from a few carriers but it has a decent amount of traffic and I thought it would be good to represent the airport. Thankfully this time MS did a reasonably good job with terminal space and I was able to include every gate in the two concourses. The great BHM website made my job a breeze by indicating which airlines park at which specific gate(s). Every airline is exactly where they should be as is cargo. A ramp for you VFR general aviation buffs is also available. The only time you might notice some craziness is if you start your flight super early in the morning and you have traffic at 95% +. It seems MS doesn't really "turn" planes in a realistic manner so you end up having more planes parked at the gate in the early morning hours then would be there in real life if they adheared to real world turn around times. Nothing I can do about that. Hope you enjoy your virtual trips in and out of the Birmingham International Airport.
