Cape Hooper is around 60 miles north of Kivitoo (FOX-D) and 140 miles south of Clyde River CYCY on the northeast-facing coast of Baffin Island. FOX-4 is still in use as a new and mostly-unmanned North Warning System site was established there in 1990 before the DEW line station was closed in 1991. Actually the DEW line station was not "closed" as such, they just stopped using it. The site of FOX-4 is on the top of a bump at the end of one of many long promontories that stick out into the Davis Strait between Baffin Island and Greenland, close to the far eastern end that is called Cape Hooper. There is a gravel runway to the west, down at 65' ASL; it is only just over 3,000' long and most material was delivered by sea to the beach at the southern end of the runway. The runway is signed as
"324T - 144T" as this is Northern Domestic Airspace where all runways are signed "true" and not "magnetic"; it is 013/193 magnetic with a huge magnetic variation of 48.9 degrees in this area where the magnetic field is mostly vertical, and so useless for navigation.

This is Aerocaribe Fokker 100 Fleet Pack with the registrations: XA-JXW, XA-SGE, XA-SHI & XA-TKR All of them with White Colors included. Aerocaribe was an airline founded in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. Aerocaribe was founded in 1972 as "Aerolineas Bonanza", it started operations on July 12th, 1975, under the name of "Aerocaribe". It was a regional subsidiary of Mexicana Airlines that operated services under the flag of "Mexicana Inter" and shared codes with its parent company. it operated almost 120 flights per day. in 2005 Mexicana decided to rename Aerocaribe as a low cost airline, "MexicanaClick". Aerocaribe was purchased by "Compañia Mexicana de Aviacion". On August 23th, 1990. In 1996 Mexicana became part of the Cintra Group. Its subsidiary Aerocozumel was integrated. Mexicana decided to transfer its fleet of Fokker 100 aircraft to Aerocaribe to change the airline's brand. Its new name is MexicanaClick, And it is an attempt to create a low cost mexican airline, starting operations in July 2005. This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang, in the colors of #44-14111 PE-X "StrawBoss 2", which was flown by Col. James D Mayden of the 328 Fighter Squadron/352nd FG. Born in 1912, Mayden graduated from Kansas State College in 1935. He did his primary and advanced training in Randolph/Kelly Texas and went on to fly P-26's, P-36's, P-39's along with P-40's stateside before flying P-51's overseas.
His first kill occured on November 2nd 1944, and by the end of the war, he had 2 air victories to go with 4 ground kills. Both confirmed air kills were ME-109's. Mayden's wartime decorations included an Air Medal, Distinguished Flying Cross, and the Croix De Guerre. He also commanded the 352nd FG from July 1944 to September 1945.
The Colonel's first P-51, a B model was named "StrawBoss", a nickname said to be given to him by his dad. After a gear-up landing accident, StrawBoss was replaced with a fresh P-51D. While the left side of the new mount wore "StrawBoss 2", the right side was painted "Little Sandra", named after crew chief S/Sgt Hubert Robling's daughter.

This is a livery-paint for the Leading Edge Simulations Douglas DC3/C47.

This paint depicts (more or less,within the limitations of the model and its painter) the C47-D ,118527 "Jiminy Cricket "
Historical Note:
"Jiminy Cricket" is depicted as it flew for the Sicily operation in improvised night camouflage.
It was one of the original 52 C-47s that deployed to Egypt with the 316thTCG in December 1942.
"Jiminy Cricket" was one of the first from the 316th Sq.
ATC, to visit Project 19, delivering worn out parts and returning rebuilt
engines to the RAF. It eventually took part in the invasion of Sicily,
where, the pilot, Sgt. George Quisenberry received wounds from German FLAK.
The shell destroyed the nose of the Aircraft, knocking out all instruments
except the stand by compass. Jiminy carried the crew back with nothing but
the moon and the sticking standby compass. Jiminy Cricket was repaired and
served through May 1, 1947, then was "salvaged"
The skin-set includes cockpit- and (freighter-) cabin textures as well.
Passenger-seats, luggage-racks ,airco etc.removed from the plane.( its a freighter now !!)

| NumberPad Control Move Aircraft Utility |

File Description:
NpCmoveAircraft is a Lua script in the Numberpad Control family of FSX scripts that can be used to move an aircraft to a new position. Each step includes prompts for the required input and format. User inputs include the DISTANCE to move (NMs), the DIRECTION to move (degrees magnetic), the desired aircraft ALTITUDE (ft), the desired aircraft HEADING (degrees magnetic), and the desired aircraft IAS (Kts) along with the LANDING GEAR POSITION -- up (u), down (d) or fixed (f). Or for any of the five inputs the user can simply enter a carriage return (Enter key) to signify NO CHANGE for that particular entry.
Prior to the move the aircraft can be on the ground or in the air. So, for example, NpCmoveAircraft can be used to simply turn an a/c around, to move it to the other end of a runway, to re-position it for another approach after landing, to jump ahead in cruise, to catch up to another a/c, etc. NpCmoveAircraft works with default FSX aircraft and many add-on aircraft that adhere to the standard FSUIPC offsets.
A registered copy of FSUIPC is required to execute the NpCmoveAircraft Lua script. Simply copy the script to the Modules folder of FSX and assign a ‘hot key’, button or switch to activate the script.

File Description:
This one is a special since i felt the RAF should be included. The weapons package is somewhat different from the norm. Panel from a Chuck Dome original.This one is in the markings of Capt Ann James plane of the 617 Squadron 'Dam Busters'. Sound from the default Learjet but sound pack recommendations in the readme file.

This aircraft piloted by Capt. Ann James and is armed for ground attack missions. The armament package is slightly modified from standard to deliver a hard punch to ground targets.
The forward 30mm turret cannon has been removed and replaced with a twin pack Oerlikon Blitz 10mm rapid fire twin barrel gattling gun with 1500 round capacity.
The underwing stores are as follows :
2 GCBU-67 cluster bombs with laser guidence
2 ASM-42 Lancer missiles with armour piercing high explosive warheads
2 ASM-43 Lancer I high speed missiles specially designed for use against fortified targets.
This example also carries 2 CASPER pods
The Combined Aerial SensorPhotographicElectronic Reconnisance pods are an experimental package designed to read and transmit in burst form, intel data collected on route and during battle.
They are completely automatic in operation and use only passive sensors
