| East African Airways 'circa 1974' Douglas DC-9-32 |

This is a repaint of a DC-9-32 in East African Airways (EAA) colors. The payware DC-9-30 by Sky Simulations is needed for this repaint. East African Airways was formed by the governments of Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, and started operations in January 1946 . It had an extensive network and flew to many points in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. It was quite an iconic airline, however, being an airline jointly run by three governments led to problems. Increasing financial, political, and diplomatic difficulties plagued the carrier’s operations in 1976. The Kenyan government pulled the plug in 1977, when in January they formed Kenya Airways to replace EAA. Thus, without a political and financial base, EAA suddenly ceased operations in February of that year. EAA operated 5 DC-9-30s. Textures are DXT5. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3.

this is an updated version of the default p3d airport:
*airac 2011*
-corrected runway dimensions/markings/lighting configurations
-corrected terminal ramp geometry
-corrected positions/orientation of terminal buildings
-added north A concourse, west hardstand area
-improved all gate positions and numbering
-various taxiway corrections
my intent is to have a functional and current airport, not eye candy. the idea is to pretty much
match the real charts for online use (vatsim, etc). not tested with any type of AI traffic or atc.

File Description:
This is a repaint of Alphasim's excellent A-3B Skywarrior. These textures represent an A-3B that was part of the PACIFIC MISSILE TEST CENTER as it appeared in the 1980s. "She was built as a YA3D-2P (the first RA-3B to be constructed) and served with the Pacific fleet, then the PMTC at Point Mugu. She was then bailed to the Douglas Aircraft Company, then Westinghouse, then Hughes, then to Raytheon who currently owns her. She is now based at Van Nuys, being stripped for parts--Michael Baldock" THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! You need the ALPHASIM "A-3B Skywarrior" payware package.

This is the last C-47 that flew for the Hellenic Air Force up to 2008. It made a memorable appearance in the Archangelos Air Show in Tanagra Air Base in 2008. Textures for the Manfed Jahn's and Jan Visser's and team amazing freeware C-47R Skytrain V3.12. Created using Gman's (Gordon Madison) paintkit.

Douglas DC-6/C-118 Liftmaster for AI Traffic. The DC-6 propliner has enjoyed a 60+ year service span, with around a dozen airframes still in service for cargo work, VIP charter, and aerial firefighting. In conjunction with Jake Burrus, I present an 8-LOD AI traffic model to bring this iconic transport aircraft to the flightsim world. This package includes 22 models, 102 repaints, and a Photoshop paint kit. The paints in this package mostly focus on DC-6 use from the 1970s to present day, to include all current in-service aircraft from four operators. I am also including some effects specific to the DC-4 package which were not included in that release file. Aircraft model and master textures by Jake Burrus and Michael Pearson, flight dynamics and repaints by Michael Pearson.

File Description:
This is a repaint (textures only) of Tom Gibson's and Greg Pepper's GMAX DC-6. It was produced using the DC-6 Paint Kit available at www.calclassic.com. You must have Tom and Greg's DC-6 to use these textures. This aircraft, N37521, served United well for over 21 years. It was acquired in July 1947 and retired in December 1968. It appears here in its original delivery livery in 1947. United introduced the DC-6 as the Mainliner 300, as in 300 mph.

This is a repaint in .ptp format for the PMDG FSX/P3D DC-6. It is of a DC-6B operated by the Royal New Zealand Air Force. This aircraft, NZ3631, was operated from 1961 to 1968 as part of the troop transport role based at Whenuapai, now known as RNZAF Base Auckland.
