On D-Day the "Wiskey 7" led the 2nd Wave of the Airborne invasion, (Serial 18)
Mission Boston, dropping Troopers of the 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd
Airborne on DZ "O" near St Mere Eglise. The 43-30652 - W7 R returned to the same
Drop Zone later that day to air-drop supplies to the troops it dropped earlier.
This is a repaint only, you need to install the beautiful freeware plane first.

The USAAF '42-100971' (6E -B) as she looked during Operation Market Garden.
She was named 'The Squirrel'. This historical repaint is inspired by 75th
commemoration of the Allied drops into Holland, September 1944. The chalk number
'3' depicts her paradrop mission on Sept. 17th , 1944 into DZ-N south-west of
Groesbeek.
This is a repaint only, you need to install the beautiful freeware plane first.

File Description:
This package offers a modification to the "hard to steer" Douglas DC-3. The DC-3 relies on differential braking and power to taxi properly. This package is for those pilots without dual throttle controls. It uses the rudder deflection to apply proportional differential power under the appropriate circumstances. Documentation is included. It will work with the Default Microsoft DC-3, the C-47 by Beaumont & Bitzer (shown), or other twin engine tail draggers that are hard to steer.

File Description:
Argentinean Navy R4D CT-15. The Argentinean Navy had 18 C-47s in service between 1946/1963. CTA-15, was attached to the 4th Air Transport Squadron. This plane depicts the original antartical yellow markings, later changed to dull red. CT-15 is nowadays under restoration. Textures only for the MAAM-SIM's DOUGLAS R4D / DC-3/ C-47, available at www.maam.org. The base textures for repainting are by Mark Beaumont, original textures are by Jan Visser.

It is not known if national markings were carried on the wing upper surfaces. Usually they were not, thus their absence on this paint. AFCAD for RONALD POKATILOFF's Gulf Coast Aquaport. A new design that places the airport's two runways in the water. This AFCAD places 47 parking spots around the aquaport. They are aligned at the jetbridges and placed neatly around the airport. 5 heavy gates are placed for those who want to bring in the big jets. Also changed the name so that ATC actually says "Gulfport Tower" instead of just "Tower". A fun approach with nice night lighting awaits you.

File Description:
FS2004 Douglas DC-3 Texture. Repaint of the default DC-3 / C-47 as "Tico Belle" of the Valiant Air Command in its D-Day paint scheme. Also included is its former identity as Royal Danish Air Force K-684 in a grey/green camouflage paint scheme. See installation instructions in the readme file.
Based on the repaint kit by Mark Beaumont. Aircraft photos by Erik Frikke and Stig Jakobsen. Painted by Kim Dahl. May 2004.

Air Atlantique's DC-3 is a frequent visitor to air shows in Britain. She is used for scenic flights and cargo transports. Based on repaint templates by Mark Beaumont and original textures by Jan Visser, this texture set in Air Atlantique livery requires the base DC-3 package available from Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org. Prop textures by Bob Rivera. Requires previous installation of OY-BPB C-47 package (BPB_FS9.ZIP). Installation instructions are included.

Ramsey, who was forced to bail out after an air battle on January 29, 1944.
