File Description:
This is an update to FSX Airport Scanner to deal with changes to AFX bgl files. The latest version generated some code that FAS could not understand. This version should deal with the issue and also includes our latest on-line updater code. This updater code should make future updates easier to deliver. FSX Airport Scanner will search through your FSX Addon Scenery for airports. It can be used to find duplicates or just give you information about what addon airports exist. Extra information can be seen including the XML code for the airport. Support is avaiable from the Airport Design Editor Forum at www.fsdeveloper.com.

File Description:
GLA_DUMP_v0117.zip contains BGL files for the following 10 small
airports served by Great Lakes Airlines: KATY, KCYS, KFMN, KPGA
KPIR, KPRC, KPUB, KRIW, KSLN and KTEX.
KPGA, KPRC and KPUB have a compass rose. Follow instructions in
the read me file for optional installation.
I created an AP Diagram for KPGA showing the taxiways.
The BGL's include the airport, buildings, approaches and new
RNAV SID/STAR waypoints missing in FSX based on current charts.
FBO locations include fuel triggers at the fuel
pumps marked by a contrasting apron color.
Created for use with FSX Acceleration.
For replacing the default airport in FSX ONLY!!

Ever wanted to fly down the VFR corridor over the Hudson River and gawk at all the skyscrapers in New York City? ... in your dreams! The Department of Fatherland Security has closed it down.
But, we still have Flight Simulator. Unfortunately, the altitude mesh for this area is somewhat lacking in detail.
This Palisades altitude mesh remedies that. Covers the Palisades cliffs, of course (but no Amusement Park, sniff), and also Riverside, Morningside, and Washington Heights, and Fort Tryon. In fact, all 5 Boroughs of New York City are covered, as well as most of central and northern New Jersey (visit beautiful downtown Hoboken!), and the larger part of Long Island. Also Rockland, Westchester, Orange, Putnam counties and more. And even Bear Mountain State Park.
Approximate coverage: N40* to N42* and W73* to W75*.
Made from NASA Shuttle Radar Topography Mission data (3 arc-second resampled to LOD9 - horizontal resolution of 76.4 meters) using SRTM to BGL by Matthew Styles (available in the AvSim library.) Very easy to use - give it a try.
BONUS: includes simple instructions so that anyone can make altitude mesh for their area from SRTM data using SRTM to BGL by Matthew Styles. Sorry, SRTM data only available for the Americas at the moment. The rest of the world coming soon. Check inside for more details.
No support of any kind is offered for this package - very sorry.

File Description:
This is a modification of the stock Fulton County Airport AFCAD/BGL in Prepar3d v5.4. All parking has been redone to match closer to what is shown in Navigraph Charts and Google Maps. Ramps have been modified to correctly reflect areas that are concrete and asphalt paved. The control tower and windsocks have been placed in their correct areas on the ground. Buildings have been deleted added to reflect the current layout of the field. All taxiway signage are correct and correctly positioned.
Most of the aircraft parking has been randomly placed around the main terminal building of the airport and the Signature FBO. Other parking placed on the ramp East of Runway 14/32.

File Description:
As many of you know, NASA and the JPL have recently released 3 arc second (90 meter) elevation data for most of North America. The enclosed bgl file is intended to display the data more or less as it is, covering the Canadian Rocky Mountain National Parks.
Many people are probably curious about the new data, and this project has been an attempt to satisfy that curiosity in a spectacular area so far unpublished on the internet.
The data yields scenery in FS 2002 that far surpasses the default scenery. The area is also well visited by many people from around the world so I expect that this terrain will be recognizable to more than a few.

Scenery add-on for Vernon Regional Airport (CYVK) - Vernon, B.C.; Canada. Vernon Regional boasts over 120,000 square feet of land and has become the center for aviation manufacturing and maintenance in the Pacific Northwest. This add-ons places the Vernon Flying Club building, plus a number of hangars on the airport grounds. Includes AFCAD file to add aircraft parking. Scenery was designed to reflect the current placement of buildings at CYVK within the limitations of the flight simulator terrain. Consideration was also given to system effects and framerates. This package requires the NovaSim Gold textures (Not included-directions provided in ReadMe file). This update fixes the missing BGL problem. Full Update- not a patched version.

This scenery was derived from an actual Winery in Homer, Alaska. The scenery features
Winery Suites overlooking Glacier and Kachemak Bay Views. The main Bear Creek Lodge
sits just up from the suites along side the Winery & Vineyard. Random deer wander about'
the area, as Lago FSE sounds and objects dress up the area even more. The Vineyard
features and interchangeable season BGL files to show the hearth of grapes in different
seasons, and features a water sprinkler system for the Vineyard. An easy to read PDF

As most know initiating the LOCALIZER at certain airports for the User Aircraft/ATC control is not a function at this time when using AFCAD2. If you add a new LOCALIZER runway to an airport such as PAUN (Unalakleet RWY 14) only the user aircraft can use this runway (without ATC commands) when visibility falls below 3 miles. This ILS bgl file adds all NAVAIDS for making RWY 14 a LOCALIZER/DME Instrument Runway by adding all the radar fixes for both the LOC approach portion and the Published Missed Approach Procedures. All User Planes can now ask ATC for the Localizer runway 14 when Airport weather conditions are either VMC or IMC. **** AFCAD airport included if needed ****

FS2004 LOM Library Objects Images. This archive contains an image import file containing thumbnails or image files for use with Library Object Manager (LOM) version 1.0+ program to manage FS2004 library objects and create scenery by ScruffyDuck Software, Jon Masterson. This is one image collection of 6 objects - small airport terminal, fuel and storage shed and a couple of cones. Requires LOM_100.ZIP, SMALL_AIRPORT_OBJECTS_2.ZIP and import into LOM of SMALL AIRPORT OBJECTS 2.BGL which is included with SMALL_AIRPORT_OBJECTS_2.ZIP. Also included is a set of higher resolution screenshots to upgrade those images imported into LOM. Higher resolution screenshots are suitable for printing an index or contact sheet of images. These 2 BGL files were designed with the latest version of ADE (v1.26) and made only for the FSX default airport: one with the Crosswind rwy operating, now activated with ADE where all 3 rwy's will be used for takeoff/landing and one as default: assigned parking with extra parking, missing gates added where possible, although Frontier no longer frequent Reno I have left their gate B6 allocated for those that requested this, extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other improvements, airport views are from the roof of the control tower (when in tower view) fully tested with Ultimate Traffic/WOAI but not required, please view the readme before installation
