LOWK 2007 - Performance Fix

File Description:
Based on reports of users one bgl-file which contains tiles on the aprons is affecting the performance hardly especially on weaker systems. Accordcingly I reworked this file from scratch. This results in a significnat reduction of the used polygons by about 70% and the number of vertices has been reduced further. Stuttering should now be fixed. In addition to this the runway texture was skipped by 90 degrees. This has been fixed also and the visible structure of the concrete tiles now is pointing to the correct heading.

Liverpool (UK)

File Description:
Contains flightplans and an AFCAD 2 file (for extra gates) for Liverpool airport(UK). The flightplan times are not real but the airlines and destinations are. Airlines included - Air Wales, EasyJet, Ryanair, British Airways, EuroManx and the new addition VLM. The AFCAD 2 file will only work with the default FS9 scenery but the flightplans should work with any addon scenery. Also included is a copy of my AI engine sounds instructions. AFCAD 2 not needed for BGL installation but traffic tools for FS2004 is needed for FP installation.

MH's FS Library Scan V1.1

File Description:
This utility will scan FS scenery folders for BGL library files. Unlike BGLScan in the FS SDK, it can cope with both FS9 and FSX library files. Information on library objects like GUIDs, multiple occurences, required and missing textures is written to csv files. This new version corrects bugs with incorrect missing texture reports. Texture files with alternative ending (e.g. DDS instead of BMP) or existing daylight textures will be found and reported. Certain scenery folders may now be excluded from the search - useful if additional "light" versions would lead to redundant results.

Auckland International Airport, Auckland, New Zealand (NZAA)

File Description:
This is my last refinement to NZAA's Afcad2 .bgl . Essentially it is based on the APRON chart for Auckland, so the gate placement is fairly realistic. This has been extensivly tested by me, using both PAI and MRAI schedules. Airlines I'm running at NZAA: Air NZ (Intl/Dom), Qantas (Intl/Dom), Eva Air, Guardia Indonesia, Japan Airlines Int'l, Freedom Air, Aerolineas Argentinias, Singapore Airlines, Thai, Emirates, Cathay Pacific. And they all have ample space, at peak times there is always a spare int'l space & domestic has plenty of room.

Worship Intl aircraft

File Description:
Traffic and flightplans for Worship Intl aircraft. Simply place this bgl into your scenery/world/scenery folder. You must have my "worship" aircraft package for this to display all our beautiful Worship Intl aircraft fleet in our sceneries and around the world. These aircraft have been used in all my screenshots for the past several years. Many are fully flyable! Search for "jimmy R martin" in FlightSim.com or AVSIM. Alta circling approach

File Description:
The old circling approach for runway 30 at Alta, Norway (ENAT) is a challenging approach. I don't think it is used anymore, but it was still in use during the 1980:s and perhaps even into the 1990:s when SAS flew DC-9 i northern Norway. During the approach you fly a circle, following lights in the terrain and keeping track of the altitude. Included in this zip-archive are the bgl-files for the lights and the old approach plates for Alta. Recommended additional installations are Norway airports and Norway Mesh. Happy flying!

Alesund 10m Mesh

File Description:
Alesund 10 metre mesh for FSX only. Alesund is found on the West coast of Norway. (The same as most other populated places in Norway!) This is near 10m mesh, which Jonathan de Ferranti of: http://www.viewfinderpanoramas.org/ has kindly allowed me to turn into a BGL for use in Microsoft FSX. The coverage isn't all that large: From 007 East Longitude to 009 East Longitude, 61 North Latitude to 62 North Latitude. (Points on SW corner of each Lat/Long box) Area is in the shape of a 'T'.

KJAX - Jacksonville International Airport - Florida, USA (New Runways)

File Description:
This is an update to my scenery for Jacksonville Intl. Airport from September of 2010. The runway numbers needed to be changed in late 2011 due to a shift in the earth's magnetic field. Runway 7/25 is now Runway 8/26 and Runway 13/31 is now Runway 14/32. The new runway numbers, along with new taxiway signs to reflect the new designators, plus new approaches for the new runways are included in the .bgl files contained here. Requires a previous installation of the original airport (aig_kjax_jacksonville_florida_fsx_default.zip).
