File Description:
This is my second personal version sound system for the great Bell 412 (by Jordan Moore). Now, the sound configuration has been reworked to achieve (with FS9 limitations) the engines simulation. | Solo Around The World - Global flight of Dick Smith - 1982-83 (Stage 1) |
|
File Description:
In 1982 Australian businessman and aviation enthusiast Dick Smith opted to fly his new Bell Jetranger 206B III back to Australia from the Bell Helicopter plant at Fort Worth, Texas. Nobody had ever flown a rotary-winged aircraft solo across the Atlantic and nor had they flown solo around the world. Dick was to accomplish both feats in 1982/1983. This package represents Stage 1 of the round-the-world flight; from Fort Worth, across to the eastern seaboard of the USA, to New York, on into Canada, to Baffin Island, Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Scotland and finally London, England, where Dick had a three-week holiday with his family before commencing Stage 2 - London to Sydney.
