File Description:
This is the first part of high resolution ground scenery for Tucson AZ, containing Tucson Intl. airport (KTUS) and 90 sq km around it. The resolution of the airport area itself is 0.3m/pix! The area around is in 1m/pix resolution. Realistic real-world runway textures are provided as well. This scenery is best, when combined with my standard resolution Tucson scenery (TUS2008_LR.zip), which covers a much larger area and matches perfectly in color and everything. | Himalayan Peaks LOD10 Mesh, Volume 1 - Mt. Everest and Kula Kangri |

File Description:
Highly detailed terrain mesh of the Mt. Everest and Kula Kangri areas, N26°-29° E85°-92°. The files in this package are based on Shuttle Radar (SRTM) Version 2 data but with many of the void areas, especially the most significant sections, filled with elevation data generated from topographic maps by Jonathan de Ferranti. While Jonathan's work is unrelated to flight simulation he kindly gave me permission to compile his data for use in FS. The result is a wonderful improvement in detail and accuracy over any existing mesh file, freeware or commercial, based on SRTM or DTED data alone. Due to the large area of the Himalayas I've compiled the source data as two separate series: the "Himalayan Peaks" series covers prominent mountains and ranges in higher detail and locally overrides any existing LOD9 terrain mesh. In addition, a LOD9 "base mesh" series covering the entire Himalayas will be available for those who do not yet have an add-on terrain mesh of these beautiful mountains.

Pakinstani Air Force Dassault Mirage III/5 (Part 1 of 2). I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for Marcel Dassault's signature design of military jet history. Going into production in 1959, this aircraft, in late form, is still in service with several air forces to this day. An original 7-LOD model pays homage to this wonderful aircraft in the flightsim world. Pakistan still operates many of these, having bought a large number of surplus Mirages from Australia, France, Libya, and Lebanon; aside from their own original deliveries. This 2-part package includes fourteen variants of the Mirage III and Mirage 5, in service of the Pakistani Air Force; with 57 models and 118 repaints between both parts of this package. Original aircraft model, flight dynamics, some effects, and textures by Michael Pearson; tremendous amounts of help from Michael MacIntyre and Frank Safranek.
