This folder contains a repaint for the Curtiss C-46 Commando by Just Flight, in the colors of Curtiss C-46 N67970 of Slick Airways, 1954. It was originally C-46F-1-CU 4478764 and was bought by Slick Airways in 1949. After being sold in 1954, it flew with several civilian operators before ending with the Mexican Air Force in 1982 as TEC-6049. It was scrapped later. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by JustFlight

Thanks for downloading Julius Nyerere International Airport (HTDA) Version 2. This is the Largest Airport in Tanzania. The Airport scenery was built from Sketchup, SBUILDER and ADE v1.76 utilizing Google Earth for correct positions. Objects placed with Instant Scenery 3. This is version 2, it includes Terminal 1, Terminal 2, Terminal 3 (underconstruction), VIP trminal, Fire Station and Radar and Control tower in the correct position. and the "correct" afcad. More improvements will come once Terminal 3 is opened . Needs RWY12 Object library.

In August 2018, it was announced that the Government of Chad had signed an agreement with Ethiopian Airlines to launch Chad’s new national carrier on 1 October 2018. It was also announced the airline would be named Tchadia Airlines and would start operations using a fleet of 2 Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 transferred from Ethiopian, and would initially serve the four main cities in Chad and to neighbouring countries. Required is: cmpcanmtpks_v1.zip, Holger Sandmann's excellent BC mesh, which was the original reason for these files in the first place, and Lago's FSE demo file. Pack designed for low level visual 30 mile scenic flights. The strip is ficticious, but the names and places are real. There is parking for you to add your own AI traffic as well. One flight included.

FS2004 Pattern Gauge. This gauge calculates the heading for all five pattern legs around an airport for both left and right turns. After the pilot enters the two-digit runway data, heading information will be displayed for any desired leg by pressing an appropriate button. This gauge was the example used to illustrated a tutorial which shows how to make graphics for gauges. Part 1 of that file TutGG_P1.zip is available as a separate D/L. By Glenn Copeland.

File Description:
This is a repaint only for the Wings of Power Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress in the markings of N5017N, "Aluminum Overcast." Although delivered too late for action in WWII, the airplane has flown a total of more than 1 million miles. It has served as a cargo hauler, an aerial mapping platform and in pest control and forest dusting applications. Now owned by the EAA, "Aluminum Overcast" has been restored back to WWII condition and has been on tour since 1994.

File Description:
In July, 1976, Viking Orbiter 1 was acquiring images of the Cydonia region of Mars as part of the search for potential landing sites for Viking Lander 2. On 25 July, 1976, it photographed a region of buttes and mesas along the escarpment that separates heavily cratered highlands to the south from low lying, relatively crater-free, lowland plains to the north. Among the hills was one that, to the Viking investigators scrutinizing the images for likely landing sites, resembled a face.
