File Description:
Here is an improved version of the stock Painted Post Airport. It was a grass strip in FSX but has been paved in real life with paved taxiways. I completely revamped the airport, moving the runway, adding taxiways, runway markings and lights. I added buildings, an apron with GA parking, static planes and vehicles. I removed some trees from both ends of the runway.

The enclosed files form an update to the default FSX Auckland International Airport (NZAA). It is not add-on scenery as such but intended to reflect changes made at the real-life NZAA after FSX was released.

Post WWII and prior to Korea, the Oklahoma ANG briefly had an Indian in full headdress in lieu of the typical stars and bars as their insignia. After the Army Air Corps became the USAF, the USAF made the OK ANG remove the headdress for compliance.

Piet Retief airfield is a small airfield with a grass/dirt runway measuring 1 371m. The airfield is situated between the trees of the lush Sappi forests between the town of Piet Retief and the Swaziland border at an elevation of 4 420ft. There is an NDB for a "Breakcloud" procedure onto rwy 15.
