File Description:
The northern coast of the Gulf of Alaska is a paradise for Bush pilots. You´ll find many small interesting airstrips and exciting glacier formations up here, especially when you use some third party mesh and landclass files. While it can be used "as is" without any other software, it will develop its full potential if used as moving map with SimSystem´s FSFlightMax or FSGarmin. It wouldn´t have been possible without Richard Harvey and his love to flightsimming, so please consider this file to be "donationware" and make a however small contribution to the Richard Harvey Endowed Scholarship.

Ready-made Flights designed to be used with a properly installed setup of the new Bear Creek Winery & Lodging Ver.2.09 - bcwverii.zip - by Mike Woolsey and David Marshall. This package includes a Flight for each of the Six Seasonal Scenery choices available in the unique Bear Creek Scenery Changer plus a flight setup for the 4th of July Fireworks. All flights use the default Cessna 172 Skyhawk and default weather settings. Please unzip (using folders option) to a temporary folder and follow the simple installation instructions. A fictitous USCG helo base located east of Palmer Municipal airport in Alaska. The scenery has a water runway, float plane dock, a repair area with a usable ramp up to a dry dock and repair hanger. Added two new bridges, two cargo docks, 9 helipads with one as a start point and many other additions to enhance your FS world. Test your skills as you fly in and taxi up to the ramp, then up to the dry dock without over shooting it and ending in the repair hanger. Lots of candies on the base for your flying pleasure. File Description:
Northern Air Cargo, based at the Anchorage Ted Stevens International airport operates a small fleet of Boeing 737-200Fs. They took delivery of their fourth 737 on Friday, July 23. Northern Air Cargo serves several locales throughout the state of Alaska. Interestingly, one of their 737s flew down to Laredo, Texas, to support auto parts imports from Mexico to the US. Flights were taken from FlightAware for the week of July 18-24 with 99.5% of the actual flights included. I had to include a positioning flight from Laredo back to Anchorage late Sunday in order to make the flightplans work.

| New airport AFCAD for 7AK ICAO: PAUT Akutan, Alaska, USA for FSX and Prepar3D |

File Description:
The airport was opened in 2012. Akutan was previously served by amphibious airplane service to Akutan Seaplane Base, located on Akutan Island, however, in 2012 operator PenAir announced that they would retire their Grumman Goose aircraft and as a result the traditional airport on Akun Island was built to serve Akutan. The new airport is connected to Akutan by a hovercraft.
Changes were made based on 2012 construction plans. Custom models have been added.
This is a reworked version originally from Wayne Roberts.
The Airport has been reoriented according the Satellite-Image.

| Teslin CYZW in the Yukon, Canada |

File Description:
Teslin is a village on the Alaska Highway around 85 miles east of Whitehorse, on the banks of the very long Teslin Lake and where there is a sizeable bridge across an offshoot of the lake. The Hudson Bay trading company established a post there in 1903. The current population is a rather meagre 120 or so and the only reason I am making this scenery is that I know one of the 120. This scenery, in addition to the terrain, village, bridge, and airport items also modifies the Alaska Highway. The AI includes a school excursion trip on a chartered Air North Hawker Siddeley 748 on Saturday. There are no scheduled flights to the field. The runway is now around 5,600 feet of gravel aligned 08-26 and with VASI at both ends. It is lit with runway lighting on the tops of traffic cones, and you will need to download the lighting library from my earlier postings of either Allakaket Lights or Anaktuvuk Lights earlier this week. A note here about my scenery making. There will not be many more to follow this as I am almost at the end of the photos I either took or found for scenery purposes, plus I expect to move on from FS9 at some point during next year.

This folder contains a repaint for the Grumman G44A Widgeon by Flysimware. It shows Grumman G-44A Widgeon #1360 N17481, which was built in 1944. It was one of four widgeons offered to the U.S. Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service on the 28th of June,1950 by the U.S. Coast Guard. Widgeon 1360 started out its non-military life as N744 for the Department of U.S. Fish and Wildlife in 1950. It entered the civilian market in 1958 as N17481, and has been owned by Harvey Flying Service of Kodiak, Alaska since 1977. It is still airworthy and used regularly. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom.
