File Description:
WLP HQ is a basic simple scenery. It's a fictous bush-airport and camp in northern Tanzania, just west of the famous Lake Natron.
WLP stands for "Wild Life Protection". WLP is a fictous project and is refering to J.T. Chance's latest adventure novel. Max Stein, a bushpilot and adventurer, is hunting down smuggling and illegal hunting gangs. This project stands for a complete new approach by making the reader a part of the story ... kind like interactiv action if you will say so. The book invites you to fly it's hero adventures in your flightsim, therefore you got maps, flightplans and so on with the book. (No need for a specific flightsim version.)
WLP HQ is the main base of these operations. You'll take over from there and you follow the storyline on your own yoke. There is no need to download any further files to do so. This scenery is freeware of course, the adventure may be purchased (inexpensive paper-back or even cheaper PDF download) on lulu.com

This is a repaint for the Aerosoft F-16 depicting Luke AFB F-16C 90-0765 of the 309th FS "Wild Ducks" (QQMF!) in the new "Haveglass 5" paint scheme . This is my latest attempt at getting this stealthy paint scheme to look good in FSX, I hope you like it! I went with the "fresh paint" look on this one beacuse the weathering and oil streaks in the Aerosoft "paint kit" showed up in wierd colors against the Haveglass-colored paint. I added/repainted a bunch of custom items as well, including repainting the engine textures to resemble the Pratt & Whitney on the real jet, I repainted the ejection seat black like the current ones, AND I repainted the missiles, bombs, Sniper Pod, and ECM Pod in both LIVE and INERT colors!
I've included installation instructions for the CLEAN "C" model, but these textures can be used with ANY of the Aerosoft F-16 A,AM, or C models (except the CFT model), so feel free to install/use them on those jets as well!

(PAFA - PABR) (486 NM) (Heavy Cargo Run)____Situation Orientation (Fictional) : Twice a year, (GREEN SOLUTIONS) a joint US-UN funded scientific research firm, based in Anchorage Alaska, charters a freighter jet to make a cargo run to (Barrow/Alaska (PABR)) located near the beaufort sea / Arctic ocean, where one of the firm's major research facilities is located. For the September run, it has been arranged that the flight will make a stop over at Fairbanks International Airport- Alaska (PAFA) to pick up additional cargo that a supplier working with the firm shipped to Fairbanks by train. As this run is a pre-winter run, the cargo is heavy and the cargo company have allocated a large freighter ship to handle the heavy cargo load. The aircraft arrived into Anchorage inbound from South America early this morning and departed Anchorage at 11:00 am. It arrived PAFA on time and is loading the additional cargo at a designated hanger. The flight was shedualedto depart to Barrow at 2:30 pm butfreighter paperwork and administrative complexities have caused a two and a half hour delay. Everyone, including you,is frustrated and anxious to get moving. Finaly, ground crews inform you that you will be ready to go in 10 ____Note : Although no significant malfunctions where logged during the first leg of the flight, the aircraft's maintenence logs indicate that during its Panama City departure,the crew logged an abnormalylow climb attitude after take off. However, due to compressed schedual timetables, maintenance operations in Anchorage decided that maintenance would be done after it returned from its charter flight and have given it a green light. As first officer, the captain has instructed you to watch that closley as he has given you control of this leg.

| Stewart CZST and CAC9 in British Columbia Canada, plus Hyder 4Z7 in AK |

File Description:
Stewart is in northern British Columbia, around 115 miles north of Terrace, 70 miles northeast of the open sea, and 2 miles from the Canada/US border at the head of a fjord named the Portland Canal. Both Stewart and the nearby Hyder in AK thrived along with silver and gold mining in the early 1900's in the AK and BC interiors and in 1914 Stewart's population was over 10,000, but the current population is now less than 500. This scenery includes Stewart airport (CZST) and also Stewart floats (CAC9) plus Hyder floats 4Z7 which is within sight of Stewart but in Alaska. 4Z7 is based upon the three FSAddon freeware and payware Alaska sceneries, and without whichever one covers Hyder (I forget which) the float base will be isolated way offshore. The Stewart airport is adjacent to the town. There is a single runway that is unlit and just under 4,000 feet of asphalt aligned 18-36, with right hand circuits on 18; a brief view of the surrounding terrain makes it quite clear why. This version is for a period around 2010 to 2012 or so, before a second fuel tank was installed. There are no regularly scheduled flights to Stewart, only GA and charters, but the airport survives with the tourist trips. I have not forgotten the signage for CZST; there isn't any. There is also no clearly defined and fenced boundary to the airport, with a gravel apron beyond the asphalt that then fades to dirt and grass and a road. Hyder has no land connection to the rest of Alaska except through Stewart and a long road trip; the only direct link is by float plane to Ketchikan, 75 miles in a straight line. The AI includes this.

This folder contains a repaint for the Milviz DHC-2 Beaver, representing c/n 1060, which went to Australia as VH-DHG in 1957, and became VH-RAY with Robby's Aerial Service of Parafield SA in 1960 (this paint). It flew with Robby's until 1985. It then went to Aerial Agriculture as VH-ZHZ, before leaving or Alaska and Canada in 2001 as N912RC and C-FJEF. It is still current is Washinton as N557RC. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom based on the paintkit by Milviz.

File Description:
These little camps in the Bell Island, Alaska area are the first in a group of fictional sceneries covering Southeast AK. Should work fine with or without Eddy Denny's terrain mesh. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.
Menu entries on the Add-on Scenery menu will get you to the starting points. Requires trees_v3 from Garrish Gray. Each includes a beach and water start. They make for nice hops to deliver hunters, fisherman, tourists, and supplies from Wrangell, or Ketchikan, AK.

Freeware Soundcollection for Brad Meiers great little Alaskan Bushstrip scenery Picturesque Cove (AK94). The scenery can be found here in the library. Search for piccovev1_bm.zip. This Soundcollection is meant as a realistic representation of the fauna in these parts of Alaska. Typical birds like Alaska's national symbol the Bald Eagle but also the Black-capped Chickadee,Fox Sparrow and the Winter Wren are represented. Wildlife you may encounter include the moose, black and brown bear and the wolf. You'll need Lago's FSSoundscape to "See With Your Ears"

Frontier Flying Service Beechcraft B1900C and B1900D two-pack; utilizing PMDG's excellent payware B1900C (pax version) and 1900D packages. This is an Alaska-based commuter airline, serving remote areas of that region. This is from a fan request, and many thanks to Ray and Kevin for affording me these excellent aircraft to paint. Fittingly enough, this is my 2,000th upload to AVSIM, thanks to all of the great input and ideas from my fans; and there is definitely more to come. Aircraft and base textures by PMDG.

| Talkeetna Village AK44 in Alaska, home of Don Sheldon's Talkeetna Air Service |

File Description:
Talkeetna is around 75 miles north of Anchorage in Alaska on the east shore of the Susitna River. The town is where Don Sheldon got off the train in 1938, and where, ten years later, he started Talkeetna Air Services. There are two airfields in Talkeetna, PATK with its long asphalt runway and Talkeetna Village AK44 in the middle of the town. This is AK44; the default FS version with Ultimate Terrain installed had the runway half in the river, but there is still space for the 900 feet of runway that is described in the book "Wager With The Wind" that tells Don's story. The result is a step back in time to 1973, when the second hangar was built. If you also want to install PATK do a search. I have partially populated the village with cabins, and UT is probably required for the river to be there; I haven't tested this without it.

| Patches for LOD7/LOD9 Terrain Meshes of British Columbia and Southeast Alaska |

File Description:
Patches (flatten files) for 108 lakes in British Columbia and Southeast Alaska that were either sunken below or raised above the terrain surface due to discrepancies between my add-on LOD7 and LOD9 mesh files and FS2002's default scenery. In some areas, such as the Prince George/Burns Lake region, the effect of the patches is obvious even from a great distance; in other areas, you'll have to be close to the lake to notice the difference. Also included are flatten files for nine airfields that had problems with sloping terrain or texture "bleed-through".
