Fairbanks International Airport -- Updated Version 3

File Description:
Version 3 - Corrects lines showing in water for some with replacement water textures. This AFCAD adds new Runway 1R/19L left out of FS9 by Microsoft. Runway 1/19, formerly 1R/19L, is a 3,500' X 75' gravel strip used as a ski strip in the colder months and is still shown off the northern end of 1R/19L. All airline gates are shown as close to their proper locations as the limitations of FS9 allows. Northern Air Cargo parking spots are shown at their proper locations. FedEx, DHL, and other cargo operations are shown at the cargo ramp at the north end of the field.

Go To Any Airport Version 3.- Now 3 Airports Included. Always wanted to return to your favourite local Airport from anywhere in the world? simply - with no fuss? Look no Further. Start at your Designated Airport, [in this case London Gatwick or Innsbruck or Dublin in a 737], then Goto any Airport! - via the FS9 World menu and return to the Original Designated Airport - every time! - By Just turning the GPS/nav switch to GPS and Flight Director and autothrottle on whilst still on the ground.Click on the Autopilot and Nav Hold switch once above 1000ft - thats it !! . Set Weather and Altitude as required and Speed in autopilot and away you go. Use the FS9 ATC as You Travel, call into designated Airport when close and receive the curent ATIS and Runway approach in use. HAVE FUN. (This is different to the great circle direct routes that you can programme into the very good FS9 GPS - each and every time you start from a new airport).

Kijik Lake_AFCAD2_update to Version 2 only

File Description:
This updated bgl is for those that have already installed the original Kijik Lake and would like 'just' the updated AFCAD2 bgl. You must have already installed "Kijik Lake" by Brent Hricziscse. filename: kijik.zip in the avsim library. The complete scenery containing the update can also be downloaded_filename: kijik_v2.zip This allows FS9 to list Kijik Lake in the Go to Airport's list with its available starting points, allows Kijik Lake to be viewable in the GPS and the map feature as well as installing the local NDB for navigation purposes. A tower view is also included. In addition to the above, this updated bgl adds local radio communications for Kijik Lake airspace (ATC) and the start/approach points for Rwy's 01 and 19. Also, local Boy Scout troops donated their time and labor to groom the shoreline, resulting in a very nice airstrip.

Piaggio P-166DL3 SEM Patrol Version

File Description:
Thanks to Andrew Spring of www.p166.com!! The seventh of the coming P-166 aircraft series. I'm going to built the whole family of these graceful twins. The Piaggio P-166A is a light small twin. An Exotic two-engined prop that sold all over the world including America, UK, and Australia. The P-166DL3 is the actual production version of a plane that firt flew in 1957, now with turboprop engines, new avionics, increased fuel capacity, and completly new hydraulic and electric system. Its origin is traced Back to the Piaggio P-136, a light anphibian, which the P-166 keeps the wings, the engines and the tailplanes. The first P-166A flew in November 1957, and the DL3 is dated 1976. The APH version (Aero-PHotograammetric) was originally built featuring a flat bottom with opening holes for cameras and orher devices, planning to use the unit for logistic squads, that never formed. So the APH internal features were generally limited to Military high density transport, paratrooper transport, or Cargo. Units fitted with APH original projected photogrammetric capibilities are very rare. he SEM version can be esily identified by the big sonar under the nose, the FLIR under the left wing and a search light on the right wing. It' a maritime antismuggling patrol aircraft, and it's used by the italian Cost guard and "guardia Di Finanza (Finance Guard). The aircraft waits to be repalced by a new version, the P-166DP-1, with PT-6A engines. This model is 740 Kbs with c.a. 21000 polygons in c.a.160 assemblies.
