| Mayaguana (MYMM) - The Bahamas |

File Description:
Mayaguana is the easternmost island in the Bahamas with Bahamasair providing Nassau and Inagua air connections. The airport utilizes part of an abandoned 11,000 foot USAF runway. The runway is listed as 7300 foot long, but 2400 feet on the east end is closed indefinitely. A new terminal building was completed, but no apron or taxiway connects it to the runway so it is unoccupied. Construction was started on another terminal, apron and taxiway as well as runway repaving, but the project is currently abandoned. All of the aforegoing is represented by this scenery. The scenery includes custom scenery objects; placement of library objects and landclass changes. Scenery is based on Bing Maps and photos taken locally, and it is optimized for use with UTX-TAC.

A complete remapping of Mount Rainier National Park in Washington State. Based upon commercial topographic maps, the designed scenery includes, every hiking trail drawn in meticulous detail including every real life switchback; every lake and small alpine pond 20 feet in diameter and over, modified landclass of alpine, forest & rock; every perennial and many intermittent creeks, all steams and rivers (many braided), a complete glacier mapping of every glacier with custom textures and ice fields on the mountain, a complete mapping of all rock faces and rock, moraine rock deposits, glacier outwash area, mudflows, roads, swamp and marsh areas. Includes some effects. Designed to compliment UT USA and any LOD 9 or 10 mesh. Works well with FS Genesis LOD 10 mesh and Birds Eye View Textures.

Could easily be modified to support the PMDG 737 Next Generation series as well.

| BOAC - Southampton to Johannesburg by Short Solent - 1949 |

File Description:
On the 4th. May 1949 BOAC introduced Short Solent flying boats to Southampton-Johannesburg service.
These new 'boats replaced the Hythe-class aircraft used since the War but they were destined to only serve for about a year before flying boats were withdrawn from the South African service completely. The route, which took four-and-a-half days to complete, was Southampton - Augusta (Sicily) - Cairo - Luxor - Khartoum - Port Bell (on the northern extremity of Lake Victoria, in Uganda) - Victoria Falls and then Vaaldam (or "Vaal Dam"), a large lake approx. 40 miles south of Johannesburg. Purdown BT Tower was built in 1970 and is located on a hill (Purdown) just north of the city centre of Bristol, in the Lockleaze suburb, UK (National Grid Reference: ST610764) Lat N51 29.05 Lon W2 33.88. It is one of twelve reinforced concrete towers owned by BT in the UK. It is used mainly for point-to-point microwave links and forms part of the British Telecom microwave network. It is one of the few telecommunication towers in the UK built of reinforced concrete.The tower is 58M tall to the top gallery with the lattice structure on the gallery adding an additional 8M

File Description:
Additional livery - requires base pack file 'B50F_911.zip'. Depicting Aircraft #144 in natural metal finish (NMF) as used by the MATS / APCS in the fifties and sixties of the last century. #144 was reported to have been the 'worst' of the 1370th PMW. Was former used as 'Macs Effort', still with their turrets and guns during the early fifties. The problems had arisen after a landing accident at Goose Bay where #144 had collided with a snowbank. That left her wings now two inches closer to the tail and made her fly like a 140,000 lbs. aircraft even if she was weighing only 120,000 lbs. (from www.1370th.org)

File Description:
Kirkbride Airfield located in Cumbria, England. This scenery is designed to complement UK Photo Scenery. It was made using Horizon GenX but may work equally well with Just Flight. This has not been tested.
All custom models have been made by Ted Andrews. The AFD file together with a scenery blend file, AGN scenery and AI traffic (Air & Road)have been made by Tony Meredith. Additional Scenery files by Gerry Winskill.
Users of the previously limited circulation CIX version who already have Ted's buildings/Tony's AGN are welcome to use those parts of this file that they wish to further enhance the CIX model.

A Repaint of the much awaited Boeing 777-300ER livery of Philippine Airlines. The Flag Carrier of the Republic of the Philippines. Philippine Airlines announced it is increasing its order for Boeing 777-300ER aircraft by two planes. The airline exercised its purchase rights obtained in March when it ordered two of the twin-jet, long range aircraft. The airline plans to lease two additional 777s from GE Commercial Aviation Services. Philippine is one of Boeing's oldest customers with a present fleet that includes five Boeing 747-400s and three Boeing 737s. The airline is the oldest in Asia, having flown its first flight on March 15, 1941.
