Enhanced Planning Maps for Gepard's DRVTerrain, Version 3.0

File Description:
This is a very basic supplement to make it easier to design DRV missions. Paint Shop Pro 7 was used to combine Gepard's planningmap2.bmp with an overlay. The overlay is a map from a game scenario book: p.2 of the DOWNTOWN Scenario Booklet by Lee Brimmicombe-Wood, published by GMT Games. Version 3 uses a completely new overlay. It appears to be more accurate and includes route package boundaries.

File Description: AT-11 KANSAN DXT3 Texture Set WITH NO MIP MAPS Uploaded by Milton Shupe These 10 folders replace the original 5 distributed folders with the AT-11 package, and the 5 extra International texture sets available by Damian Radice. The aircraft.cfg distributed in the original download or the AT-11 was setup for all 10 sets. The folders in this set each are 44MB smaller than the original folders for a savings of 440MB.

Create and Install your own VFR Maps - A Tutorial. This tutorial will show you how to easily create and install your own Maps which can be displayed from the cockpit of any aircraft. This concept is especially useful when flying "Historic Flights" in aircraft that do not have many of the modern day instruments. This method of displaying maps can be adapted to virtually any flight scenerio and/or aircraft. A complete set of Maps for the "Hell Stretch" Historic Flight (in FS2004) is included along with suggested resources for finding your own Maps. Please unzip (using folders option) to a temporary folder and follow the instructions. Compiled in .doc and .pdf formats by Richard J. Parrish.
