| USAAF B-24M 380h BG 5th AAF 'Lucky Strike' |

File Description:
This B-24M-5-CO 44-41876 was produced at the Consolidated plant in San Diego. It was assigned to the 530th Bomb Sqdn, 380th Bomb Group, 5th AAF. 'Lucky Strike' flew from Murtha Field on Mindoro, in the Philippines. Its first mission was on 28 Feb 45 to the Ipo Dam on Luzon. By war's end, it had flown a total of 56 missions and was returned to the ZI where it was smelted down. Textures only, requires the Alpha Sim payware aircraft

CFS2 Grumman TBF-1C Avenger II P1X JZ-525 849 NAS, 1944 - RAF Fleet Air Arm. UPDATE. Painted over The B24 Guy's TBF Avenger OH Model. This update corrects the sequence of the Code painted on the starboard side. The 849th Naval Air Squadron was--of which P1X was attached--was founded on August 1, 1943, and was disbanded on October 31, 1945 (see 849th history file). | B-17G 99th BG "2nd Patches" |

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the Shockwave Wings of Power B-17G Flying Fortress, representing 42-38201 "2nd Patches", which flew with the 346th BS of the 99th BG from Italy. On a mission to Wiener Neustadt, whe suffered extensive damage, which was repaired using unpainted parts from other aircraft. The name "2nd Patches" was applied since an earlier 99th aircraft was already called "patches". The aircraft crashed on take off on 24 august 1944, killing two crew members. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom.

| Savoia Marchetti S.73 Ceskoslovenske statni aerolinie (CSA) |

File Description:
Six Savoia's S.73's flew into service Ceskoslovenske Statni Aerolinie (Czechoslovak State Airlines - today Czech Airlines CSA) in years 1937-1940. Aircrafts were powered by Czechoslovak engines Walter Pegasus II-M2 (404/452 kW). Modern and elegant Savoia's served primarily on foreign lines and first stewardes of CSA appeared on theirs boards.
You must have Savoia Marchetti S.73 version 2.0 (archive name is "s73_v20.zip") by Stefano Meneghini and upgrade to version 2.1 ("s73_up21.zip"). Both files is available on Avsim. Installation instructions are included.

c/n 45532/1025 Delivered to Hunting Clan Air Transport on September 11th, 1958 as G-APNP and then to British United on July 1st 1960. Sold to Air Ferry in December 1965 then to and Balair as HB-IBT. On May 7th, 1969, HB-IBT crashed at Uli airstrip, Nigeria. Textures only. Prior installation of the Douglas DC-6A CB-17 and DC-6A CB-16 by Tom Gibson and Greg Pepper at California Classic Propliners is required. (http://www.calclassic.com)

The airport is currently undergoing a major expansion project. Scenery is based on its status in Februari 2021. Modeled on recent aerial photographs. Includes accurate taxiways, designators and signs at runway hold positions. Gate and parking positions are tailored to real life wing span restrictions and airline use, which will ensure a realistic AI experience. Optimized for use with ORBX packages.

After a severe crisis, Varig (now part of and under GOL Linhas Aéreas management) is being on recovering process and has now a new and cleaner livery with slight changes on the name font aswell. This Boeing 737-800, tail number PR-VBE, seems to be the first one to receive it. Carefully hand painted, tail number on the fuselage and over/under the wings, optional texture quality (32 bit or DXT3). Textures only for AI-Aardvark Boeing 737-800 model with winglet (aia_738w.zip).
