This module allows to use hidden controls of the default MSFS CJ4, using FSUIPC and LINDA software. Require : FSUIPC ver 7 full licence, Microsoft Flight Simulator and LINDA software. Installation : Uncompress archive in any place. Move CJ4.hvar on \Community\fsuipc-lvar-module\modules On LINDA software : Click on "Maintenance", on top, select "--aircrafts--". Click on "Select Source Folder", below "Import Aircraft Module", browse to the folder CJ4, click on "Import", or "Overwrite" if updating. This module for Linda freeware allows to bind : - Menu choice, menu inc/dec and puch : bind a key to browse to all screen menus, and scroll with an encoder to move up and down inside the menus. Push a key to validate. - Map zoom in/out - Terrain/WX - PFD functions (FRMT/TFC/NAV) - Seatbelt light - Safety light - Baro inc/dec - Baro std - AP modes : FLC, HDG, ALT, VS, APPR and Toga button. FS2004 USAF Convair CV-240 VBF (VT-29E), build with cn 302 as a model T-29B (CV-240-27) and delivered to the U.S. Air Force on March 19, 1953. While operated by the Special Activities Squadron Headquarter (SAS) since November 30, 1959 converted to VT-29E on May 13, 1960. Also set up for VIP transport of a 2 Star General and equipped with the weather mapping radar used extensively on the model CV-440 and on many CV-340 models. In July 1975 withdrawn from use at the U.S. Air Force and stored at Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. On October 27, 1977 sold to Southwestern Alloys and registered N9018Y. In May 1980 bought by Lee County Mosquito Control, Fort Myers, FL and registered N840M. Sold to General Air Services Inc. on October 19, 1983. Bought by YAC Aircraft Inc, Homestead, FL in June 1984 and taken from the register. Textures and associated model file included only. Requires cv240VBFmilitary_basepack_010.ZIP. | Reduced Braking Effectiveness in Rain and Snow |

File Description:
If you want more realism and are tired of having the same braking effectiveness in rain and snow as on a dry runway then this is for you.
There are two gauges, "BrakingAction" and "BrakingAction_AntiSkid".
Use the gauge "BrakingAction" for aircraft which do not have an AntiSkid system; do not use it on aircraft with antiskid (e.g. airliners) - for those use "BrakingAction_AntiSkid".
The gauges will reduce braking effectiveness during rain, snow, and freezing rain. In addition, the "BrakingAction" gauge simulates blocked wheels if you stay on the brake for too long; blocked wheels will further reduce the braking effectiveness; in addition, blocked wheels will put wear on the tires on dry and rainy runways; this may lead to a blown tire.
NOTE: The gauges are made for users who either use the keyboard or an assigned button (or two for differential brakes) on the joystick for braking. The gauges will most likely not work with devices that allow a progressive braking input, i.e. that allow you to apply brake pressure anywhere between 0 and 100% (I guess there are rudder pedals that allow you to do that).

his folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang, in the colors of the aircraft flown by Lt.Col Harvey E Henderson of Taylor TX of the 503rd FS, 339th FG, P-51D 44-14587 D7-A "Pee Wee Peckerwood". Lt.Col. Henderson became a POW on 5 December 1944 in P-51D 44-15520 D7-#. This a/c was lost on 27 November 1944 with Lt. Felix J Girone being killed in action. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

This is a repaint of the DC-9-15C in Trans-Texas Airways colors. The freeware DC-9-10 by Erick Cantu and SGA is needed for this repaint. On October 30 1966, TTA became the fifth local service carrier to introduce the Douglas DC-9. They initially received 2 DC-9-10s in 1966, with 9 more being delivered by 1968. The textures are 32bit bmp. It was tested on FSX-SE, but should work on FSX/P3Dv1-3. This should also work in FS2004.
