This sound.cfg replaces the one uploaded in August 2008. Both the interior and exterior sounds have been improved. Please replace the sound.cfg you already downloaded by this new one. In my search for a good sound for the Canadair CL-215 amphibious fire tanker, I struck on the fabulous soundpack
for the beautiful Douglas A-26 Invader of Milton Shupe and the Sim-Outhouse Team, made by David C. Copley. Most of the wav-files in this soundpack are recordings of the Pratt & Whitney Double Wasp R-2800 engines of an A-26
Invader. Having studied the Invaders sound pack, I discovered that by ‘tweaking’ the sound.cfg, particularly with regard to the exterior sounds, it became possible to develop a good exterior CL-215 sound (2 engines). No changes were made to the wav-files, as I didn’t want to modify them; the wav-files just sound wonderful. In order to make your system reproduce the CL-215 sound, first download from www.sim-outhouse.com the great Douglas A-26 Invader package and enjoy flying that plane. Then copy the sound pack of the A-26 to the CL-215, and replace the existing sound.cfg by the revised one you just downloaded. You can also use this sound for the Martin 4-0-4. This CL-215 sound has been tested in FS2004 only. Special thanks to David C. Copley who gave his permission to upload the modified sound.cfg as freeware, with limited distribution, at Sim-Outhouse.com and Avsim.com. Many thanks also to Milton Shupe. File Description:
You can fly this UFO model in all directions e.g. vertical up/down lateral right/left, forward/backward, and can stay in a static position on any altitude level. The UFO provides a maximum speed of Mach 4.3 on all altitude levels and the altitude level is unlimited.
The overall radius of the model is 170 feet. The overall height is 100 feet. Be aware of this size if you are landing on standard airports. The model includes a animated gear system which is a big gray ring. The red disk on the outside of the model is the rotating UFO engine. In addition the model contains 3 guns which are moving out of the body if they are armed by activating a switch on the weapon control control panel. Important to say, the UFO is not a traditional aircraft. It reacts different and you need to handle it differently too! For more information and how to fly the model, read the documentation carefully and read the documentation first, before you go to fly it !!!!
The model and the gauges have been developed for FSX Flight Simulator SP2 or SP1. It has also been tested with Microsoft Acceleration but compatibility is not guaranteed by the author. The format for the panel and gauges is developed for a 4/3 monitor. Use the Wide Screen Panel.cfg if you have a 16/9 Monitor. For installation instructions see the documentation inside the zip file.

The seventh of the coming P-166 aircraft series. I'm going to built the whole family of these graceful twins. The Piaggio P-166A is a light small twin. An Exotic two-engined prop that sold all over the world including America, UK, and Australia. The P-166DL3 is the actual production version of a plane that firt flew in 1957, now with turboprop engines, new avionics, increased fuel capacity, and completly new hydraulic and electric system. Its origin is traced Back to the Piaggio P-136, a light anphibian, which the P-166 keeps the wings, the engines and the tailplanes. The first P-166A flew in November 1957, and the DL3 is dated 1976. The APH version (Aero-PHotograammetric) was originally built featuring a flat bottom with opening holes for cameras and orher devices, planning to use the unit for logistic squads, that never formed. So the APH internal features were generally limited to Military high density transport, paratrooper transport, or Cargo. Units fitted with APH original projected photogrammetric capibilities are very rare. he SEM version can be esily identified by the big sonar under the nose, the FLIR under the left wing and a search light on the right wing. It' a maritime antismuggling patrol aircraft, and it's used by the italian Cost guard and "guardia Di Finanza (Finance Guard). The aircraft waits to be repalced by a new version, the P-166DP-1, with PT-6A engines.
This model is 740 Kbs with c.a. 21000 polygons in c.a.160 assemblies. Features Clickable Dynamic Photoreal VC with non-planar throttle quadrant. New here is the photoreal panel. Detailed internals.

Flight Simulator First Officer is a generic virtual copilot that can be used with any aircraft. The primary
function of FSFO is to assist the Pilot In Command (PIC) to fly the aircraft safely while adhering to
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This is accomplished via virtual checklist and sharing of cockpit
duties/responsibilities. Specifically, the First Officer reads the following configurable checklist:
- Pre-Flight
- Before Start
- After Start
- Before Takeoff
- In-Range
- After Landing
- Shutdown
After reading the checklist item, the Copilot will wait to ensure you (i.e. the pilot) have configured the
aircraft correctly before proceeding to the next item. Also, the Virtual copilot is capable of performing
the following actions:
1. Call Vspeeds based on your input
2. Raise/Lower the Landing Gear on Takeoff/Landing
3. Retract the Flaps
4. Extend the Flaps
5. Manage the taxi/landing/strobe lights
6. Tune the ILS frequencies
7. Call Climb Power based on your input
8. Reset Vertical Speed when the Aircraft is within 1000 ft of the programmed altitude
9. IAS warning (e.g. Aircraft is above 250 IAS while below 10000 ft)
10. GS Warnings (e.g. Aircraft is above 25 knots while taxing)
11. Resets the altimeter to standards when passing TA
12. Engage Heading Hold on Takeoff
13. Engage Altitude Hold on Takeoff
14. Reset Speed on Takeoff
15. Engage Speed Hold on Takeoff
16. Engages Rev Thrust on Landing
17. Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS)

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang (with AccuSim), in the colors of P-51D-5-NA 44-13287 WD-M, which was the aircraft assigned to Lt William Parent of the 4th FS/ 52nd FG, based in Italy. On the 1st of September 1944 however, it was being flown by Major Wyatt P. Exum during an escort mission to Hungary. It was Maj. Exum's first operational mission nin the ETO. On the way back from the mission, the squadron strafed an airfield, before spotting a moving train. Lts Strout and Wilson attacked the train, and as a result of Lt Wilson's attack, the engine blew up while he was overflying it, damaging his cooling system and setting the engine on fire. The fire quickly blew out, and Lt Wilson decided to make an belly landing in a recently plowed field. Over the radio, he heard Maj Wyatt Exum transmit "I'll be down to get you, Charlie!" and indeed he landed close to Lt Wilson's aircraft. Lt Wilson managed to turn Maj Exum's aircraft, as his tail wheel had become stuck in a rut in the field, and both men tried to squeeze into the cockpit. Meanwhile, men on horseback were approaching, shooting several holes in the aircraft. While Lt Wilson shot back with his .45, Major Exum gunned the engine, and they managed to take off with Lt Wilson half outside the cockpit with his .45. They flew the 400 miles back to Madna in Italy on their last fuel, and landed with other Mustangs landing from the other side. Major Exum received the Silver Star for this action, as well as from the undying gratitude and admiration from Lt Wilson Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the A2A paintkit.

The VA Administrator v5.2 is out now and ready to make your job at running the VA a little easier. The software is like a smaller version of Myob for Virtual Airlines. Its all software based very easy to use. No need for website with ASP or PHP, this baby does it all on your local machine, after you have finished you just upload the pages to your site. So free hosting sites are great for this software, it will look like a database driven website but not... If PHP or ASP is hard for you to work out then this is for you. It does so much in a small amount of time. Like the older version it has its virtual bank so you can take out loans for new equipment. But this time you will love the new personal files, keep data on your virtual pilots from meetings to bad raps they may get. Store it all on the personal files with Photo ID if you get your pilots to send you a passport photo. Its only going to get better, this new version had some fixes to the virtual bank and some small nip and tucks here and there.
The GOOD NEWS ITS FREEWARE ! everyone can have a copy of this software. You can issue one copy for each hub and have each hub run itself and then report back at the end of month the the CEO in a meeting. Hey its freeware so don't just think about it do it. Its software to manage virtual airlines, and its FREE. This software was payware but now its free !

This is a repaint of the Douglas C-133B Cargomaster in the USAF scheme. The freeware Douglas C-133 Cargomaster by Tim Conrad is needed for this repaint - link provided. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & FS2004. Textures for FS2004 users are included. Textures are 32bit DDS & DXT3 BMP. The C-133 was conceived as an air transport for the USA's large missiles, and was designed to meet the requirements for the USAF’s Logistic Carrier Support System. The Douglas designed C-133 Cargomaster first flew on 23 April 1956. In fact, Douglas built 50 of the turboprop powered C-133 Cargomasters from 1956 to 1961. It was the largest turboprop transport ever to be accepted by the U.S. Air Force. In 1958 the C-133s began flying MATS air routes throughout the world, and two Dover based C-133s established transatlantic speed records for transport aircraft on their first flights to Europe. The fleet of 50 aircraft proved itself invaluable during the Vietnam War, but fatigue problems led to their withdrawal from service in 1971. The aircraft was a marvel in its era, but it was soon under the microscope as the accidents started accunmulating. Throughout the 15 year service of the C-133 9 were destroyed in accidents and one was written off. Having said that, the C-133 was the first wave of turboprop and jet powered giants to come onto the scene in the post piston engine era, and was followed by the C-141, and the giant of them all the C-5 Galaxy. This aircraft, 590524, was with the 60th Military Airlift Wing MAC. It was retired on Jun 16, 1971, and scrapped by end of 1974.
