Boulder is situated where the Rocky Mountains meet the Great Plains. Just west of the city are imposing slabs of sedimentary stone tilted up on the foothills, known as Flatirons. Located at the base of the foothills is Boulder's main campus of the University of Colarado which is clearly visible from the sky. Longmont is home of the Denver ARTCC (Air Route Traffic Control Center) which controls all flights in the upper airspace of most of Colorado and parts of adjoining states. To explore the scenery depart from Boulder (KBDU) and head northeast. Extends my Rocky Mountain Park scenery to the east and my Denver scenery to the north. Provides another 3.500 sq km in 4.7m/pix quality. High resolution versions for FS9 and FSX (much sharper, but larger and multiple downloads) are available at www.blueskyscenery.com/GNB_East.html . This scenery contains several revised files for my previously uploaded California Central Coast sceneries CCFSXMSG.ZIP and CCFSXMS.ZIP. These are the versions of my CCC scenery for FSX with MegaScenery Earth. The "G" version also requires Genesis Terrain Mesh but is the most complete version. Included here are revised AFCAD files for the major airports in those sceneries which will add interesting crosswind capability to C80, PRB, SBP, SMX and SBA airports. Additionaly, revised AFCAD and associated files for IZA, LPC, L52 and VBG are included. In some cases ground traffic has been added, a few glitches repaired and minor improvements effected. The crosswind AFCAD's for the 5 airports with tangential or crossing runways were revised using the technique developed by Jim Vile and executed by Airport Design Editor (ADEX). This procedure will unavoidably bolix up the ATIS runway advisories at the 3 tower controlled airports with ATIS (SBA, SBP and SMX) but will make all of the runways useable for AI traffic depending on wind conditions. This is not a problem at C80 and PRB since they are uncontrolled fields and have no ATIS available. Therefore, I've included revised AFCADs for SBA, SBP and SMX that do not have crosswind provisions that can be substituted if desired.

This is a repaint for the payware Aerosoft F-16 depicting Holoman AFB F-16C 88-0412 in the special '49 WG Tutor Et Ultor' paint scheme. I pulled out all the stops for this repaint and gave it the kind of attention to detail a CO's jet should get!
To give these textures a nice "HD/Sharp" look, I painted them in 2048 resolution, reduced them (w sharpening) to Aerosoft's "native" 1024 resolution, then saved them with DXT5 and no mip maps. For those of you with high-end systems, I've also included those 2048 textures for you to try!
You'll notice that the all grey markings/decals from nose to tail have been repainted and have a "sharp" look to them now. I also custom painted the P&W engine, pilot, ejection seat, and weapons textures as well. AND, I created special "Specular" files to give the tail surfaces that "high gloss paint" look like the real jet has!

| Aerosoft F-16C LV 85-1501 926WG 'Felon' Splinter Repaint Textures |

This is a repaint for the Aerosoft F-16, depicting Nellis AFB aircraft LV 85-1501 '926WG' of the 706th Aggressor Squadron, in the 'Felon' splinter paint scheme. This is the "Flagship Jet" for the newly formed 706th "Cajun Aggressors", and the splinter camo scheme mimics the Su-57 'Felon' aircraft.
To give the jet a "Hi-Def" look I first painted these textures in 2048 resolution, then reduced them to Aerosofts' native 1024 resolution, and saved them with DXT5. However, I left a couple textures/areas on the jet in 2048, that way the decals in those textures/areas look sharp and not pixilated. You'll also find textures and instrucions for repainted/upgraded weapon textures in both the INERT and LIVE colors!
I've included installation instructions for the CLEAN "C" model, but these textures can be used with ANY of the Aerosoft F-16 models (except the CFT model), so feel free to install/use them on those jets as well!

This is a repaint for the Aerosoft F-16, depicting Nellis AFB aircraft WA 86-0251 '926OG' of the 926 AMXS in the 'Splinter' paint scheme. This is "the CO's jet" for the newly formed "926 OG" and the 706th Aggressor Squadron, with a mission to mimic 4th gen adversary aircraft.
To give the jet a "Hi-Def" look I first painted these textures in 2048 resolution, then reduced them to Aerosofts' native 1024 resolution, and saved them with DXT5.
