This folder contains a repaint for the A2A/Aircraft Factory F4-U Corsair, in the paintscheme of White 29, the Aircraft ot Lt Ira Kepford of VF-17 "Jolly Rogers". With 16 confirmed kills at the end of February 1944, Kepford was still the Navy's top ace, a distinction he retained until Alexander Vraciu went wild on June 19. Kepford returned to the States in March of 1944, and was assigned to Fleet Air Command at Alameda, California. In June, he was transferred to VF-84. In December, he was attached to the Staff of Commander Fleet Air, West Coast, where he served the remainder of WWII. In his five months of combat duty, Ira Kepford earned two Navy Crosses, the Gold Star, the Silver Star, three Distinguished Flying Crosses, the Air Medal, Unit Commendation to VF-17, and the American Defense Service Medal. This folder contains a repaint for the FG-1D Corsair by Milviz for MSFS, in the colors of Chance-Vought F4U-5N Corsair was built in 1951. After serving with the US Navy, it went to Honduras in the mid 50's. In 1978, the Honduran Air Force sold nearly all their Corsairs to Hollywood wings in the USA, some even flying. Other were sent by rail, and assembled in the USA, which might have mixed up parts. It is believed the VH-III was originally BuNo 123168/FAH603. The Walt Disney company bought it in 1987 and gave it to the RNZAF in thanks for helping out with a movie. The RNZAF traded it with Graham Hoskins for a Cutriss P-40F. The aircraft was then restored in Darwin and made its first post restoration flight in 2014, painted in Honduran colors. It is based at Tyabb airfield in Victoria, Australia. Tillamook, Oregon (S47) Airport - a comprehensive enhancement - designed to work in the default FS2004 setup. Featured is the Hangar B Air Museum which houses a fine privately owned collection of restored Warbirds. Hangar B is considered to be the largest, all wooden structure in the world - built in the early 1940's to house and service Navy Blimps. Also featured is the Tillamook Air Tours charter service complete with an AI Bi-Wing Waco aircraft. There is even an option to have an AI Goodyear Blimp visit Tillamook and make sightseeing flights. Driving or slewing around the airport will reveal many other surprises! The airport, which was virtually ignored by MS, has been redone using RWY12, EZ and many custom objects. A listing of all required libraries is included and a list of those who have contributed their time and talents to this project will be found in the documentation. Please unzip to a temporary folder and follow the installation instructions very carefully. Compiled for your flying enjoyment by David "Opa" Marshall.

Featured is Forca Aerea Portuguesa 4626, ex-US Navy BuNo 37406, Lockheed c/n 15-1272. The FAP operated 42 PV-2s and PV-2D's under MDAP (Mutual Defense Assistance Program) from 1952 on in Portugal and its colonies in Africa where they were serving in a variety of rules. The FAP went into Portugal's colonial war already before the first two regular battalions of the Portuguese Army were disembarked in Luanda, on 1 May 1961. Reaching back on three already obsolete PV-2 Harpoon liaison and patrol aircraft, equipped as make-shift bombers (and later formed into Esquadra 91), and P2V-5 Neptunes, the FAP flew a number of attack sorties against various rebel concentrations. Throughout the COIN war, which ended in 25 April 1974 by a coup d'etat in Portugal, the Harpoon played a significant role. The end of the war marked the end of the Harpoon era in Portugal. You will require Milton Shupe and Team's FS2004 or FSX Lockheed PV-2 Harpoon (harpfs9v13.zip resp. harpfsxv13.zip). Repaint by Maarten Brouwer.

This is a repaint for the A2A/Shockwave Productions WWII Fighters product. This repaint depicts the Nakajima A6M2 Model 21 owned/operated by the Texas Flying Legends Museum, based at Ellington Field, Houston, Texas, which flies at airshows around the country each year. The aircraft is referred to as the "Last Samurai", as it is the only A6M2 Model 21 Zero still flying, the same type which was used by the Japanese Navy during the attack on Pearl Harbor. Although the actual aircraft is almost entirely new-build, each part copied from original parts or drawings, the aircraft's identity originates from A6M2 serial number 1498, which was recovered from the Solomon Islands in the late 60's. The completed aircraft, which first flew in the summer of 2005, has been praised by Japanese aeronautical engineers and world experts as being the most accurate/authentic of all of the flying reproductions. The exterior repaint was created using Martin Catney's superb paintkit, and modified VC textures are included to closely match the real aircraft. This repaint will work for both FSX and FS2004.

This folder contains a repaint for the Douglas C-54 / DC-4 by Flight Replicas. It shows Douglas C-54 KX-1 OT-CWU of the Belgian Air Force. In 1950 the Belgian Air Force acquired a Douglas C54A-10-DC Skymaster from Sabena to improve passenger conditions on the link to and from the Belgian Congo. KX-1 OT-CWU was c/n 10326 42-72221 and served with the US Navy as BuNo39174. It came to Belgium in 1947 and flew with Sabena as OO-CBS. In 1954 a second aircraft was bought from S.A.S. this being a DC-4-1009. With the appearance in 1958 of the larger C-118 (DC-6) both aircraft were mainly used as pure freighters. Both aircraft operated by the Melsbroek based 21st Squadron of the 15th Transport wing were withdrawn from use in 1971 and although both survived for some years (KX-1 at Torhout, KX-2 at Southend (U.K.) they finally were scrapped.

These repaint textures are for the IRIS F-16D and depict US Navy VFC-13 'Saints' CAG #13 aircraft. I know the real CAG jet is a "C" model, but I figured the IRIS "D" jet would look good in black as well! I also added a BUNCH of 'custom' items to the jet to make it look more realistic. I added a BUNCH of little extras to this repaint to make it look more realistic. For example, I upgraded the wingtip missile rails for the CLEAN model, custom painted the GE engine nozzle to look like the "Pratt & Whitney" on the real jet, modified the weapons texture file so that the AIM-9's appear all-blue like they do on the real jet, plus the GBU's and LGB's will be "dummy/inert blue" as well. I also customized the pilot textures and added a mirrored/reflective helmet visor. Plus, since the VFC-13 pilots wear either Desert Tan or OD Green flight suits, I made textures for both and you can choose your preference.

EPDA Airport in Darłowo is a military airfield located on the Polish Baltic coast.
It serves as a base for the naval aviation of the Polish Navy, primarily used for helicopter operations.
Its main tasks include coastal patrols, search and rescue missions, and anti-submarine warfare.
The airfield is home to multi-role helicopters, including the Mi-14 and W-3 Sokół.
Its history dates back to World War II when it was built by the Germans.
After the war, it was taken over by the Polish military and has since functioned as a naval aviation base.
The airport features a concrete runway and infrastructure adapted for the operation of helicopters and military aircraft.
Due to its strategic location on the Baltic Sea, it plays a crucial role in operations related to the security of Poland’s territorial waters.
The airfield is not open to civilian aviation and is used exclusively for military purposes.
Nowadays, it remains an essential part of Poland’s defense system and participates in NATO exercises.
