File Description:
YE-ZB was a Top Secret WW2 US Navy system developed by Frank Akers for homing aircraft to their carriers. This bundle, for FSX, includes two aircraft equipped with the necessary gauges to simulate the YE-ZB system. It is similar to the US Radio Range system, but with changes to make the system usable only by the US, while not increasing the vulnerability of the carriers to detection and Direction Finding. At the start of WW2 all US carriers were equipped with a UHF device called the "YE" which transmitted a Morse code letter denoting a 15 degree arc of a circle with the carrier at its center. Navy aircraft used the AN/ARR-2 UHF homing receiver (sometimes called "ZB"). Pilots were given daily information so they would know which direction corresponded to each Morse letter.

I am privileged to be honored with the custodianship of this model.
Greg Pepper is no longer with us. I wish to honor his memory and I've made a few modifcations to enhance this aircraft.
WHAT'S NEW FOR 2.1
The flight model is the most significant change. The flight model has been enhanced by the use of Jerry Beckwith's AirWrench.
The performance of the Albatross is now much closer to the parameters published for it. I've also adjusted the contact points for the hull.
Please make sure you adjust the fuel and payload before flying. This is a very heavy aircraft, and will be very sluggish if you attempt flight with full tanks and a full payload.
I've also added a few liveries, and modified several others. The colors and lettering of the U.S. Navy versions have been revised. The font the Navy uses is USN Long Beach. The paint colors are accurate now as well. You will also find new spin prop textures.
I've also slightly revised the original U.S. Air Force HU-16B and two of the U.S. Coast Guard liveries.
New for this release: U.S. Navy VXE6 UF-1L triphibian that served in the Antarctic, Chalk's G-111 and two new private liveries.

The Navy C-20G is an FAA certified Gulfstream IV aircraft that provides long range, medium airlift logistics support for Fleet Battle Groups. Changes Include: Re-did the Nose, Cockpit Windows (external view only), Tail, Thrust Reversers, Winglets, changed the fuel load, toned down the reflections and chrome, re-did the flight dynamics, different engine gauges, some interior modifications and pilots are no longer twins.

In 1934 the Naval Aircraft Factory was given the task of manufacturing a new primary trainer designed by the U.S. Navy. Following successful tests this neat little biplane trainer was built in both landplane and seaplane versions. The N3N seaplanes, when retired in 1961, were the last biplanes to be used in U.S. military service. This model features full moving parts 32bit textures, and Dynamic Virtual Cockpit.

In this scenery are some ships and boats on the Lago de Maracaibo ( Maracaibo Lake ) with the purpose to make more entertained the visual flights over this water body. It includes cargo ships ( oil and comercial containers ) in the Puente sobre el Lago bridge zone. There's also some recreational boats, a Navy missile frigate and some fishing boats. First in a series for the Venezuelan Caribbean.

Included are four repaints for four of the section leaders of U.S. Navy Scouting Squadron Three (VS-3), assigned to the Saratoga Air Group but temporarily operating aboard the USS Lexington for a single cruise in 1939, for which the squadron adopted the Lexington's yellow tail.
