Wing53 Air Base (VTBP) Prachuap Kirikhan

File Description:
Wing 53 is mainly used for military operation (Royal Thai Air Force, RTAF). Currently, there is no cilivian aircraft or airliners allowed to use this air base. As far as we know, only government aircraft (e.g. Kaset "Royal Rain Makers" missions, and police) periodically use this air base. This is one of the very rare crossed runway can be found in the country. With a service road running across runway 26, the pilots need to be sure that the road is temporarily closed (notified by ATC) before commencing the final approach and landing.

FSX Basic Compatibility Update #1 for the MAAM-SIM R4D / DC-3 / C-47 CD

File Description:
This update allows owners of the MAAM-SIM/DC-3/C-47 CD for FS2004 to install and use the FS9 aircraft in Flight Simulator X. If you are not an owner, you can obtain your copy from the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum Store www.maam.org and help a great organization restore some marvelous airplanes in the process. The update primarily addresses some changes in the panel and aircraft configurations, and gauges. It will also install thumbnail pictures for the FSX Select Aircraft Menu in FSX. Later MAAM-SIM updates will address further changes in FSX, including visual and flight dynamic changes. Updates all sixteen aircraft on the latest 9th Edition R4D/DC-3/C-47 CD, but can be used with any past edition of the CD. Includes illustrated installation instructions.

HH65A Dolphin - Unmarked Sinister Government Agency

These are textures ***ONLY*** and are applied to Antti Pankkonen's AS365N3 Dauphin, filename: hh65a_dolphin.zip , available in the Avsim Library. Ever notice how the movies always have the powerful and obscure government agency helicopters painted in some dark and sinister looking colors? Well who am I to break away from tradition. Don't be left out. Come in from the cold. Aspiring to be the next power-hungry agency director? Well then you just HAVE to have your very own sinister black and unmarked helicopter, lest you be laughed off the block by the other evil power-hungry directors. File Description: The Royal Air Force will purchase a fleet of 9 Boeing P-8A Poseidon Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) to be based at RAF Lossiemouth in Scotland. The aircraft will be operated by 120 and 201 Sqn from 2020. This livery is in the fictional low visibility colours of 120 Sqn with the tail number of ZP801.

File Description: The Royal New Zealand Air Force operate four Beech KingAir 350i's in No. 42 Squadron. They are used for pilot twin engine conversion ASW training and VIP transport. This fictional Silver Fern livery better fits the VIP role. (See MV_KA350i_RNZAF2.zip for the real life version.) This updated version ensures P3Dv4 and v5 compatability and corrects a small error.
