FS2004 Stearman Model 4D "Yellow".The last and finest biplane model constructed by the Stearman Aircraft Corporation The huge Stearman Model 4 Speedmails were the last in a long line of wonderful, sturdy work-horses produced by the Stearman Aircraft Company. Produced between the years of 1929-1932, these well-constructed and yet graceful work-horses were custom made to order for various oil firms as well as wealthy sportsman-type pilots and by the many U.S. Air-Mail flying services/airlines of the Golden Age of Aviation.Textures only for the "1929 Stearman Model 4 Package" availaible at http://goldenagesimulations.com

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A North American T-6 Texan/Harvard in the colors of Harvard Mk.4 C-FWPK of the Canadian Harvard Aircraft Association. Originally manufactured by the Canadian Car and Foundry, Fort William, Ontario, it entered Service with the RCAF on February 29, 1952. It was disposed of on July 30, 1967, and while with the RCAF, it served with 2 FTS Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and No. 4 FTS Penhold, Alberta. Originally disposed of for $1,850, WPK spent several years flying out of Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. Jim Vernon of Oakville purchased WPK in the early 1970’s and was later flown as the #2 position in a 4-plane Goldilocks Formation for the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. In 1978, it was bought by Norm & Kent Beckham and Bob Hewitt, and based out of Woodstock. WPK was purchased by CHAA in 1989. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

This package contains two repaints for Jens B. Kristensen's FSX Douglas DC-4 & C-54 V3.0. Featured is the C-54B (modified to DC-4 standard) G-ANYB in the colours of Air Charter Ltd London and of British United Airways. In January 1955 Freddie Laker's Air Charter aquired the C-54B-DC for transport work in Germany and trooping flights from Stansted to Cyprus. In 1959 the aircraft was moved from trooping flights to service on the route Southend to Calais flying passengers on one-day trips without a passport till 1 July 1960 when Air Charter was merged into British United. From 21 September 1960 till 3 October 1960 G-ANYB was used for a rigorous flying test programme before it was converted to the first Aviation Traders ATL.98 Carvair car-ferry aircraft. These are textures only. You will need the FSX Douglas DC-4 & C-54 (DC4_V30X.ZIP). Repaints by Maarten Brouwer.
