File Description:
An FS2002 GPS flight Plan. The 35th in a series of Round the World flight plans for the FS2002 default scenery. Depart Paro (VQPR) runway 33, Bhutan and arrive 1 hour 02 minutes later at Tribhuvan International (VNKT) runway 02, Nepal. A steep takeoff to avoid the banking around the runway is followed by a climb up a valley before passing through a gap in the snow capped mountain peaks at FLl90. An optional flight situation file is provided to assist inexperienced pilots with this very tricky departure. At the highest point in the flight, FL280, you will still be overlooked as you pass the snow capped peak of Everest. The flight briefing (Word and text) is for a B737-400, it contains climb, cruise, top of descent and fuel loading details, waypoint timings and destination details.

| Active AirSource v3.27 Full Install |
|
File Description:
Active AirSource (AAS) is a small stand-alone program that runs while you fly Microsoft Flight Simulator (FS2000, FS2002, FS2004). It records and sends data from Flight Simulator directly to the AirSource website (http://air-source.us) via the use of FSUIPC module and Microsoft's MSINET.dll. This functionality will allow pilots to fly and be seen on the Active AirSource flight boards. In addition, pilots will be able to increase their v-salary by filing their flights as "AAS Certified", since flights are verified through the program as "authentic flight time". Active AirSource (or AAS) runs in either multiplayer OR single player mode in Flight Simulator.
If you want more information about this Active AirSource program, you can visit the following webpage; About AAS

| Airline Inventory Update #3 |
|
File Description:
(Update 3 - 9 January 2006) Not long ago I embarked on a project to streamline my flight simulator's AI setup. I knew I had too many aircraft texture sets that I was not using, too many unnecessary night texture files, installation of defunct airlines, and the like. So, I put together
a spreadsheet showing my AI system with all the airlines and additional pieces such as vehicles and ships. This has been a very large and time-consuming project as my AI system has more than 7,000 texture sets, more than 2,200 airline folders, and other assorted AI components. Inside you'll find an Excel spreadsheet with all my airlines (more than 2,200) listed, Birds, Blimp, Corporate Aircraft, Defunct Airlines, Douglas DC-3, Float Planes, Government Aircraft, Helicopters, Medical Aircraft, Military Aircraft, Personal Registration Aircraft, Ships, and Vehicles - all associated with the FS AI system. In addition, I've included the spreadsheet's source text files for those that do not have Microsoft Excel. NOTE: You can download an MS Excel spreadsheet viewer (freeware) from the Microsoft site. Because of copyright restrictions and the size of my AI system, I have not provided links to specific files. However, I think you'll find the data very useful. See the readme file for a list of possible sources and contact information. NOTE: Changes since the last update are reflected in "green" text. Frank Bass

| AICull In-Sim Traffic Density Setting Tool |
|

File Description:
AICull v1.0.1 is a simconnect utility designed to provide AI traffic limiter options from within the P3D simulation via a menu system located under the “Add-ons†menu. AICull uses a “Smart Retain X Current ICAO†mode (accessible via the AICull in-sim menu under add-ons) that automatically maximizes arrival and departure activity at the user’s current ICAO while still retaining “X†number of AI. Alternately, the user can chose to simply retain “X†number of AI closest to the user’s aircraft. AICull also provides the options to limit AI traffic to the user’s departure and destination airports (if a P3D flight plan loaded). In all of the above cases, exceptions can be made for enroute AI (e.g., higher than 10,000 ft AGL or 18,000 ft AGL). The user can also customize preset values for the “X†retention number. AICull works best for .bgl file based traffic solutions (e.g., AIG). Although AICull will also work with simconnect-based traffic injectors (e.g., UTL), they typically perform their own AI traffic limiting and may also re-inject traffic that AICull deletes. AICull require the installation of FSUIPC v5 or later, registered (preferred) or unregistered. AICull is fully compatible with AIFlow and AIGround. Ver 1.0.1 FIX: changes to AICull.ini file not being read.
