This gauge is specifically written for Captain Sim B707-300 and variants.

Twenty-Two call-outs sounds integrated into gauge [15 new call-outs].
Take-off V-Speeds calculated for Flaps 14 with temperature and altitude adjustments.
[Take-off speed bugs automatically set for: V1, VR, V2].
[Flaps-up maneuvering speed (clean speed) bug set after flaps-up].
Optimum altitude and optimum EPR (EPR calc for M.80) are continually calculated.
Gross Weight overage will display in 'red' text. Tooltip indicates overweight value (LB/KG).
Take-off trim calculated for current gross weight.
Display units can be toggled between LB and KG (default LB).
Outside Air Temperature can be toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
Resettable fuel use.
Resettable flight timer.
[Selectable Vref landing configurations, Vref40 (default) or Vref50].

The company was established in 1990 as Saha Airlines and is wholly owned by the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force. It operates domestic passenger services using Boeing 737-300 airplanes, and cargo charters carried out with Boeing 747 freighters when required. Saha Airlines was the last civil operator of the Boeing 707 in the world.

Headquartered in Horseshoe Bay, TX, Comtran developed and marketed an engine modification kit for the Boeing 707, which reduced the noise level to meet new noiselstandarda. Over the course of the program, Comtran converted over 800 engines worldwide. Flights taken from FlightAware for the week of February 10 - 16, 2013.

It`s also useful for 707, but I don`t know if this would be realistic.
It doesn`t matter which simulator you use.

They used to have a cargo airline around the 80s with one 707 Cargo. They never operated the 777 series although around mid 90s it was offered by Boeing the 777-200ER for the future long haul fleet.

The AI Aardvark Boeing 727-100 painted in Pan Am's second color scheme for the 727 (the original had PAN AMERICAN titles run the length of the fuselage). This scheme was used from 1969 to 1976 and was introduced for the 747's, and applied to the 707's and 727's. It was revised in 1976 with larger, bolder, more rounded titles that were used until 1985.
