File Description:
This download for FS9 contains Classic Ship files for use with the Classic Scenery for Amsterdam airport available from Tom Gibson's California Classics website: http://www.calclassic.com
You will need to have installed the truly excellent Classic Ships Library created by Mike Stevens, which is part of Wolfgang Gersch's Classic Scenery Libraries; this is available here and there is a link to it on the California Classics scenery page. The technique used to place the ships and their wakes is described in David 'Opa' Marshall's 'Add Animated Wakes to Static Ships - An Illustrated Tutorial', which is also available here, and which inspired the present download.

This airport was created with ADE 1.65, SBBUILDER X and Instant Scenery 3 from Flight1. It is photo real with all buildings, taxi ways, runways, taxi signs and road traffic aligned to real world GPS positions.
Additional night lighting available to owners of FTX Global.

This airport update has two optional files made only for, one version with crosswind runways activated where all six runways will be used for takeoff/landing, and one version as the default runway operation. Assigned parking as per their website with extra parking, the new extension added to terminal C with the five new gates 23 to 27 now added, taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other scenery improvements. The main FedEx ramp and buildings completely replaced, the terminal now updated as per phase 1 and phase 2 upgrades, assigned parking as per their website with extra parking including over 125 FedEx parking spots, taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts including waypoint BLEWS renamed MCVEY, extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other scenery improvements, airport views are from inside the control tower (when in tower view).
