I have spent the last 6 months making an almost fully custom scenery including all new terminal buildings, hangars, and the signature flight support building. This scenery was built for BOTH P3D AND FSX, and therefore should work on both.

We proudly present this scenery of the airport and air base of Bordeaux Merignac (LFBD) as it was around 1961.
We have produced this scenery to provide taxiways and details as they were around this period.
We have also included new parking to allow the AI aircraft to taxi correctly at the new (old!)
airport. Although we did not always have enough photos and information we tried to come as close as possible.
Our goal was to reflect something of the atmosphere and feel of that period, prior to the all-jet era of today.

This is part of the sixth round of Afcads issued by Alpha India Group. AIG Ground aims to create high quality Afcads for both FS2004 and for FSX default and Add On Scenery airports. Our Afcads are created drawing on a number of resources and aim to simulate the real world airport as closely as possible but also to take account of FS constraints and to ensure good levels of traffic and realistic traffic parking and flow around the airport.
Please read and follow installation instructions in the Readme file carefully, as these do vary.

This scenery is for Ronaldsway Airport which is the main civilian airport on the Isle of Man and made only for FSX with 2 optional files: one version with the Crosswind runway activated and in full operation where both runways will be used for takeoff and landing and one version as the default runway operation: terminal remodeled, both runways now at the correct length, taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts, PAPI for runway 21 now on the correct side of the runway, new control tower, fire station, fuel farm, extra fuel trucks and many other scenery additions, airport views are from inside the control tower (when in tower view). This is an AFCAD2 fille for athens eleftherios venizelos international airport. It adds 88 parking gates ramps etc. in order to allow more airlines to use more parking space so the sirport to be crowded with aircraft trying to match reality.
Accurate gate numbering.Information used from many friends like which airline parks at which gate ramp etc, has been considered and the gates assigned accordingly.Parking have been checked not to overlap with nearby aircraft. e.g. Not to overlap wings when parked next to each other.I have included an powerpoint presentation more like an airport layout in order to explain the structure of this particular AFCAD file,Night lightning has also been adjusted to the new ramps and gates thanx to the AFCAD 2 program and the new airport will look very nice.

File Description:
This is an adaption of Ray Smith's (fsx_klas_rs.zip) scenery for KLAS. Ray has given me permission to make his file available for Prepar3D v3. There are two optional files, one file with the Crosswind runways operating where all 4 runways will be used for takeoff/landing and one file as the default P3D runway operation. Assigned parking for the gates and terminals now updated as per their website with extra parking including gates for the A380, the new control tower added, Air Cargo moved to its new location, taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts, extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other scenery improvements included. Airport views are from the roof of the new control tower (when in tower view) please view the readme before installation.
