File Description:
This is a collection of some objects which I have created for use in some of my sceneries. They are suitable for filling out an airport, and for using as background objects. I have included the library (BGL) and texture (BMP) files which are ready for immediate use by using a placer program like EZ-Scenery (recommended), or by entereing the GUIDs by hand. I have also included the MDL and XML files for those who wish to add individual objects to their own library files - see the included text file for details. I admit that some of the texture files are bigger than they need to be, but you may resize these as suits your purposes. The original GMAX source is not included. These objects are released into the public domain, and may be used for any project without restriction.

File Description:
This is my first sojourn into scenery objects and was prompted by the need of an object which was not available. In the end that led to me in to that one and doing other objects for fun and so here is my first library for my fellow simmers to use and I hope to enjoy. Feedback is always welcome.
However, I would not be publishing anything at all if wasn't for the help and advice I received from the walking encyclopaedia that is Mr Peter Broom so thank you Peter for testing all my models.
In addition; it would be remis of me not to mention the author’s and their books that I referenced to ensure I got my models reasonably accurate, British Military Airfield Architecture by Paul Francis and Graham Buchan Innes and his British Airfield Buildings Vols 1 & 2.

This scenery lib has been developed on Win 7 for FSX Flight Simulator SP1 or SP2. The package provides a little collection of animated flags for scenery designers and FS users who do understand on how to use a addon object library in FSX. The animated flag models have been developed with GMAX. Along with the textures the package includes the model bgl files and the texture files only. File Description:
Library Object Manager is a utility designed to manage your collection of FS9 library objects. It does not work with API Macros (API Manager from ScruffyDuck Software can do that). Functions include importing object information from FS9 library bgl files; from SBuilder, RWY12 and EZ-Scenery. Categorizing objects by user defined category, by library name and by author. Exporting object information so that it can be used by SBuilder, RWY12, Object Placer XML, EZ-Scenery, and SceneGenX. Creating library files from your collection of .mdl objects. A quick placement function to allow you to place objects into your scenery for testing, creating thumbnails etc. A more extensive object placement program (Scenery Maker) which is similar in concept to RWY12 and Object Placer XML. This program is currently in Beta and further developments are planned. It may therefore not work entirely as expected although it has been tested by a number of kind and helpful users. LOM Requires Mirosoft dotNET Framework 2.0; bglxml.exe from Alessandro G. Antonini; FSUIPC from Pete Dowson for the scenery creation function to work; and bglcomp from Microsoft (included in this package). PLEASE read the included manuals before using the program. An alternate wide screen 2D panel for the default FSX C172. This panel uses an original bitmap and adjusted panel.cfg file for 1920x1280 wide screen monitors to eliminate oval gauges. v1.0. This is the dark panel version, Sorry I could not change the 3D panel color to match. If you prefer a white alternate 2D panel, look for "FSX_C172_WHITE.zip" in the library.

Tower-controlled outer terrain airport for FU3. Grant County International MWH lies in the outer terrain east of the Seattle region. It's in the Columbia River Basin, a few miles from Ephrata and at the north end of Moses Lake. Full comms, AI, ambient sounds, airport buildings, paved taxiways et c. as usual. Works best with a full installation of FU3's Seattle and outer terrain with FU2's Sanfran region. For best effect use also various 3d object libraries all available in the Avsim Library as otherwise this airport will lack a lot of 3d objects.
