MSF8 Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
All the MSF missions consist of several episodes. The present mission here is the episode n°8. It is obvious that the next episode will be the logical result of this present adventure, and so on for the following episodes. The story of this episode n°8 begins at the airport of KIGALI and ends at the airport of GOMA. We will not resist the pleasure of flying over a famous volcano, which will force us to a small diversion before landing in GOMA. Length of this mission 48 minutes. The briefing of departure is voluntarily very short, you will find no indication for the realization of the episode, simply the description of the context there of departure. All the indications to realize the episode will be given to you by sound files. In other words, it will be necessary to you to be very attentive to the diverse dialogues, in French, sorry, which you will hear. I will try to create an English version later. ALL EPISODES OF MSF ARE A TRIBUTE TO THE WOMEN AND MEN OF THE MEDICAL WORLD.

Air New Zealand Airbus A320-232 v1.1 Download

File Description:
iFDG is proud to present the Airbus A320. The aircraft model includes most of the standard features including animated control surfaces, wingviews, flaps, full lighting configuration, and highly detailed, reflective textures. "The A320 was launched on March 2, 1984. It is the first subsonic commercial aircraft with fly-by-wire controls. First flight took place on February 22, 1987. The A320-100 was the initial version and was superseded by the A320-200 from the third quarter of 1988. The A320-200 differs from the A320-100 in having wingtip fences, a wing center-section fuel tank, and a higher MTOW. This package features ZK-OJF, A brand new A320-232 of Air New Zealand. v1.1 removes the small green line under the port wing(left accidentally), adds the effects folder for those who don't have it and corrects the sound folder name so the sounds will work correctly without editing. This is a full package rather than just an update as I thought that would be more convenient and less confusing for the majority of users.

VEPT Patna, India Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
Googly scenery for VEPT Patna, India. In Flight Simulator 2004, the airport is depicted at a pretty waterside location but only a small ramp for general aviation aircraft is provided. In the real world it is served around six times a day by Boeing jets on domestic flights by Alliance Air, Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, and Sahara Airlines. These scenery files add aprons, taxiways, buildings and other airport features to Flight Simulator's bland representation and allow "AI" traffic, to land, taxi, park and take off in a realistic manner. The scenery does not purport to be ultra-accurate. Based on high-detail satellite imagery from Google Earth, the layout is proportionally correct but the added airport features, such as buildings, are built from default Microsoft objects and add-on libraries so will not look like the real thing. You are not obliged to download and install any additional scenery libraries, but to enjoy this scenery in its entirety, you may wish to. It will work fine, with or without. Spanish Air Force Boeing KC-97G (123-03) Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
Greetings! In this folder you will find a repaint for FSX Boeing model 367 / C-97 Stratofreighter / Stratotanker. By Roland Berger (testing), Manfred Jahn (models, textures, Monitor gauge), Dan McManus (technical research, VC and panel textures, crew calls) Wayne Tudor (Flight Data Envelope), Ted Wolfgang (soundset). Interior model adapted from Greg Pepper's original FS2002. This repaint has been created and tested for FSX acceleration for the FSX Boeing C-97 V.1 Beta Basepack.

It represents one of the three Stratotankers operated by the Spanish Air Force (Ejrcito del Aire EdA) from 1972 to 1976. In particular, the Boeing KC-97L Stratofreighter (TK.1-3 / 123-03). Although the 3D model is for a KC97G and some small details don't match.Faded USAF titles were visible on the real thing if you look closely. Don't think it is a mistake of mine!

These aircraft used to fly using "MAMBO" as their callsign out of Torrejn airbase LETO.I hope you enjoy it! Buenos vuelos y no le busques tres pies....

WAML Palu/Mutiara, Indonesia Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
Googly scenery for WAML Palu/Mutiara, Indonesia. In Flight Simulator 2004 little is provided other than a runway at this small domestic airport, although in the real world it sees regular jet flights from airlines such as Batavia Air, Bouraq Indonesia Airlines, Garuda Citylink, Lion Airlines and Merpati Nusentara and smaller aircraft from operators like Airfast Service and Indonesia Air Transport. These scenery files add aprons, taxiways, buildings and other airport features to Flight Simulator's limited representation and allow "AI" traffic to land, taxi, park and take off in a realistic manner. The scenery does not purport to be ultra-accurate. Based on high-detail satellite imagery from Google Earth, the layout is proportionally correct but the added airport features, such as buildings, are built from default Microsoft objects and add-on libraries so will not look exactly like the real thing. You are not obliged to download and install any additional scenery libraries, but to enjoy this scenery in its entirety, you may wish to. It will work fine, with or without.

Thomas Hudner AFB Download

File Description:
Thomas Hudner AFB is a fictitious Air Force Base located at Henderson Island, a member of the Pitcairn Islands in the Pacific. Located in a sheltered bay on the east side of the island, the airport features a 7500' x 120' paved runway, several hangars, barracks, and a fire dept. This airport also features a Delta V rocket and launch pad, a container ship being unloaded offshore by hovercrafts, and a small military ship. The default FSX scenery at this island has been completely replaced with custom scenery and terrain based on satellite photos. This scenery requires the FSX Acceleration expansion pack for all of the objects to show up properly. Also, for some reason, Ground Environment X causes the sand textures to show up as rain forest. This is purely a visual quirk and the airport will still work, but it is up to you. This airport is not designed for FS2004, but you may try it at your own risk. Special thanks to Ashton Lawson for his invaluable help on this project.

Alaska Bush Scenery: Stony River Bend & Old Stony Download

File Description:
Here's your big chance to take-off and land using a curved airstrip. Stony River Bend is located just west of Merrill Pass, very close to Tom Fica's cabin at Two Lakes (part of his 'Merrill Pass' scenery add-on). The bumpy dirt runway - becoming slightly overgrown and prone to waterlogging - is marked out with wooden posts (lit at night) and presents a unique challenge: one that I haven't really sorted out just yet! There's a small settlement just up a log-lined trail from the airfield with a gravel service track connecting with a basic NDB/DME facility to help out with night or low visibility approaches. Although Stony River Bend is fictional, it has been based loosely on a real life runway at Elk City in Idaho. Three miles downstream is another simple backwoods strip called Old Stony - the narrow gravel runway here is conventional, but it's probably in an even worse state of repair. Designed for use with Eddie Denney's FS2002 mesh of Alaska, but the scenery is usable without it.

Grafton District Airport - NSW Australia Download

File Description:
Grafton District Airport (YGFN) - (For 2002 only)

*******************************

A delighful small airport approximately 80 nautical miles from Coffs Harbour and a slightly shorter distance to Ballina and Lismore. This makes a good stopover for hopping down the east coast of Australia.

Originally released for FS2004 (and is better in 2004) but adds realism to FS2002 default airport.

The size of the airport has allowed me to put in that extra detail which makes to terminal and surrounds very much "as in real life". Photographic textures are used throughout for the buildings and even the trees are hand made macros from photographs at the airport.

AFCAD file is included to add AI traffic. For that reason and because of limited apron space no static planes have been used. You should obtain Traffic Tools to add more AI traffic to give the airport a little more life.

The scenery concentrates on adding a realistic terminal to the airport whilst leaving much of the default runway detail unchanged.

Iran Air (circa 1962) default Douglas DC3 Download

File Description:
This is a repaint of the FS2004 default DC3 in the Iran Air early days livery. Iran Air came about in 1962, after Iranian Airways and Persian Air Services were joined together, taking the name of Iran National Airlines (internationally known as Iran Air). Iranian Airways had been the first Iranian flag carrier, when it was formed in 1944. In a few years, with a fleet of 17 mostly DC-3 aircraft, Iran Air had both domestic and international routes covering many major Middle East cities. It soon built a large route map consisting of flights all over the Middle East, to Northern Africa, Europe and New York, and including a dense domestic flight schedule. The first planes used by the company were the Avro York, DC-3, DC-6 and Vickers Viscount types. Since I only had two very small B&W (or rather Brown and Yellow!) photos of IR DC3's, I've done my best to make the repaint look as real as possible, hope that you'll like it.
