Jabiru 2 Seater Australian Airplane

File Description:
Jabiru 2 Seater. This is an Australian plane that is truly making the spotlight of pilot enthusiasts accross Australia and New Zealand. Though a slightly small little plane, she has a superb performance as well as being a very clean overall design, sporting a very modern interior. This aircraft model was designed in Gmax and sports a photoreal panel. My assistant in this project is the proud owner of a Jabiru, Shaun Gorham who refers to his ship as 'Little Jabbi'. Look for him at the airshows down under. Many thanks to Shaun and his information gathering talents. I wish to also thank the gentlemen that have helped me to learn Gmax at the various forums. Please read the READ ME in the folder. The panel uses a 'pull-down' visual. Warnervale, NSW, Australia

File Description:
This version is a major update of this fine little airport with the permission of Greg Archer, the original author. Upgrades include the Terminal building, Booking office, some hangars, lights and trees all featuring photo real textures. An AFCAD file and AI traffic are now included. Warnervale NSW, is a small airfield not included in FS2002 or 2004. It is however a busy little field run by the Central Coast Aero Club and incorporates the Drop Zone Skydiving Centre, as well as Joy Flights over the Beautiful Central Coast of NSW. The field is very close to Aeropelican Airport home of Aeropelican Airways which has regular services to Sydney Kingsford Smith International using Twin Otters. in fact you can see Aeropelican Airstrip 8NM to the north once you take off from Warnervale. You can download Aeropelican from this site (aero2004.zip). Both airfields complement each other, just follow the sail boats north. Textures required. Airport 2.6, VOD, Nova and Nova Gold.

Anholt Isle, Denmark (EKAT) VFR Aerodromes

File Description:
FS2004 Scenery--Anholt Isle, Denmark (EKAT) VFR Aerodromes. Anholt is a small island 75 nm north of Copenhagen. It has a unique nature, hence 80% of the island is classified as desert and potected by law. During the summer EKAT plays a significent role for the thousands of tourists who visit the island to experience the fantastic and rare nature, and the operator of the aerodrome has scheduled two to three flights a day, often with two engine planes. Hence EKAT can be very crowded, The aerodrome has a 650x20 grass runway and is only open for VMC daily operations. EKAT is considered to be the closest to a dangerous approach you can get in Denmark, because heavy winds often create an unexpected turbulence over the surrounding dunes. In contradiction to the busy summertime, you find only 160 habitants on the island during winther; they rest after all the tourists are gone, and the quietness on the island is nearly unbelievable.

Nairobi/Jomo Kenyatta Airport, Kenya (HKJK)

File Description:
Whenever I have searched for files relating to HKJK, I have been rather dissapointed with the outcomes. Most other AF2 files of this airport are severely incorrect. As the North Terminal (Embasaki) is no longer operational for Commercial Flight, I have moved all the gates to the only operational terminal to the south of the runway. General Aviation aircraft now park at "Embasaki". As Kenya Airways (KQ) is Africa's second largest carrier, I have added many ficticious "small" gates to accomodate all the traffic. I have also added several heavy gates to accomodate the steady stream of heavy planes that land at HKJK also. Previously, all these planes would have disappeared upon landing. Finally I have included thin aprons either side of the runway as they would appear in real life. With this file, Jomo Kenyatta Airport will look more like the busy international airport that it is, and less like the rather lifeless airport that it is commonly portrayed as.

Flying Tiger Line - Flight #152 - Los Angeles to New York, May 1955

File Description:
Three separate IFR flight-plans covering the scheduled Flying Tiger Lines service #152 from Los Angeles to New York as at 1st. May 1955. The aircraft used on "Daybreaker" Flight #152 was the Douglas DC-6A. This particular flight commences in Los Angeles at 23:00 Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), arrives in Chicago at 07:15 Central Daylight Time (CDT) the next morning, departs Chicago at 08:30 CDT, arrives in Detroit (Willow Run) at 09:45 Eastern Standard Time (EST), departs Detroit at 11:00 EST and finally arrives in New York (Newark) at 14:10 EDT. Talk about a confusion of timezones! To make the most from this package you should download and install the CalClassic DC-6B model and also the Flying Tiger Lines livery created by Wayne Tudor. The latter is available from www.avsim.com and is file ftl_dc6a.zip. The aircraft itself is available from www.calclassic.com/dc6b.htm. Note that it must be a small-spinner model, not the aircraft with the larger streamlined spinners.

North Haledon is a small town in Northern New Jersey, USA. This is Chopper Friendly scenery, folks. It wasn't designed to be flown over at 10,000 feet - although, if you like to fly heavy iron into the major New York/New Jersey airports, you'll notice that it replaces the terrain elevation of Northern New Jersey with all the hills and valleys that the default scenery left out. File Description:
100% accurate scheduled flightplans for the winter 2005-2006 period, which have been compiled according to the company website, and cross-cheked with Amadeus database. Air One is a major Italian company with an extensive domestic network including 22 destinations within Italy and its major islands. Operating a fleet of Boeing 737's (737-200/-300/-400 types), they fly on its own from the 3 major hubs of Roma-Fiumicino, Milano-Linate and Torino-Caselle to: Alghero, Bari, Bologna, Brindisi, Cagliari, Catania, Genova, Lamezia-Terme, Napoli, Palermo, Pescara, Pisa, Reggio Calabria, Trapani, Trieste, and Venezia. On behalf of Air One, the company "Italy First" is also operating one ATR42 from both Catania and Trapani to the small islands of Lampedusa and Pantelleria. And a second ATR is used to link Roma-Fiumicino with Albenga. Both aircraft flightplans are included in this file (note that they also use the same callsign "Heron"). Deer Valley FC Resort & Roosevelt Lake

File Description:
Deer Valley Resort at Roosevelt Lake Scenery. - This is a fictious Resort at Roosevelt Lake by Grapevine AZ USA. Its basically a fly-in resort for the Deer Valley Flying Club members to relax, do some fishing, go to the Amusement Park and have a general great time. But the resort is now open to the public. If you dont want to spend the big bucks, there is a small campground located nearby. I suggest a float plane or helocopter for the trip out and back. If you're a competent bush pilot, you might be able to land on the grass runway, but its a very difficult strip. Fly a STOL plane or you wil not make it. Acknowledments: Microsoft: FS X Sdk Scenery function of the Mission builder. Abacus: Scenery shortcut tool. Lee Swordy: AFCAD Ver 2.21. NOTE: This scenery is frame rate friendly, but I would highly suggest turning off ground shadows.
