| TDFCalc2004 |
|
File Description:
This package is for FS2004 and FS2002 terrain designers. TDFCalc2004 is made for use with FSUIPC and FS2004. This is a version that includes true heading readings. It is an FSUIPC registered freeware program that requires version 3.? of FSUIPC.dll installed to the FS2004 Module folder. FSUIPC is a vailable on the internet, and this program requires an application registration entered within FSUIPC. Usage with FS2002 or CFS2 requires no registration with the older versions of FSUIPC. LandCalc and TDFCalc2 are small programs which require the input of Latitude and Longitude, in 'DD:MM.decimal' format. Landcalc returns the names of the "CUSTOM" textures required by photoreal ( CUSTOM ) BGLs, and LandClass BGLs ( using values #253 or #252 ). TDFCalc2 returns valuable information concerning the X, Y coordinates needed for the creation of LWM and VTP polygons/lines. TMFViewerCalc requires input as Decimal Degrees.

| Alabama Airport Trio |
|
File Description:
This is some airport enhancements I did for KHSV (Huntsville Intl.) KMOB (Mobile Regional) and KBHM (Birmingham Internations) way back in 2004. I was out of Flight Simming for quite a while and just recently read about the AVSIM hack and had wondered why a whole mess of files were missing.
The enhancements were done in Nov 2004 and have not been modified in any way since their creation. Life goes on, so they may not fully represent current condtions at these three airports. (I know some gates were removed from HSV for it's (food court) so be that as it may.
Well, here you are, my small contribution to the Flight Simulator community. It pales in comparison to what others have offered, but it still is the only "enhancements" that have ever been done for these three airports I believe.

| Val-U-Prop Douglas DC-4M Canadair Plane and Panel |
|
File Description:
FS2002 Val-U-Prop Douglas DC-4M Canadair
Val-U-Prop has now acquired a DC-4 - and it's a special aircraft. Based on the original work of Tom Gibson and Harry Follas, this is a DC-4M Canadair. It features Merlin engines, a pressurized cabin, and is fully animated, with FS2002 strobe/nav/beacon/landing lights added. The superb flight dynamics of Brian Horsey insure an easy to fly and land aircraft, and the spot and tower view frame rates are the highest you will find anywhere. Aircraft will work in FS2000 as well. This package includes the panel Dc4jcuv2.zip, and the two together comprise a combination that makes Val-U-Prop truly the airline where "No job is too small; No fee too large." | Hong Kong International Airport VHHH Single-Layer AFCAD |
|
File Description:
This single-layer AFCAD file, named VHHHBB.txt, is an FS2002 facility file for the Hong Kong International Airport in Hong Kong, Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. It adds as many gates as possible to the airport. The gates are logically labeled, but may not reflect their real-world equivalent. My goal was to add 'life' to the airport, not recreate an exact replica of the real thing. All runways
are available for FS2K2 to select the active. The file ID is VECC and has the following gate distribution: Heavy-17, Medium-8, Small-20, Express-0, GA-7. I have included Lee Swordy's AF Installer along with this file. It automatically installs it into FS2002. To use the installer, simply click on the file VHHHBB.txt and drag it onto the AF Installer icon.

It adds as many gates as possible to the airport. The gates are logically labeled, but may not reflect their real-world equivalent. My goal was to add 'life' to the airport, not recreate an exact replica of the real thing. All runways are available for FS2K2 to select the active. The file ID is KGSP and has the following gate distribution: Heavy-0, Medium-1, Small-7, Express-7, GA-13. I have included Lee Swordy's AF Installer along with this file. It automatically installs it into FS2002. To use the installer, simply click on the file KGSPBB.txt and drag it onto the AF Installer icon.

| Fronconia NH 1B5 |
|
File Description:
This is my first attempt at making any kind of scenery for Flight Simulator. I live in Boston and love getting up into the White Mountains both in Summer and in Winter, so I decided to use my ultimate power of MSFS Eminent Domain and evicted the owners of this small private field right in the heart of the Presidential Range in order to create a fictionalized Pilot's home. It's nothing fancy, but it is a nice base for VFR flights throughout the region. We don't have the drastic vertical topography as many other places around the world here in New England, but I guarantee you that we have some of the prettiest, especially in the fall.
I hope you enjoy, and if you have any problems please e-mail me at [email protected]
Thanks,
John Combs

| Active AirSource v3.27 Full Install |
|
File Description:
Active AirSource (AAS) is a small stand-alone program that runs while you fly Microsoft Flight Simulator (FS2000, FS2002, FS2004). It records and sends data from Flight Simulator directly to the AirSource website (http://air-source.us) via the use of FSUIPC module and Microsoft's MSINET.dll. This functionality will allow pilots to fly and be seen on the Active AirSource flight boards. In addition, pilots will be able to increase their v-salary by filing their flights as "AAS Certified", since flights are verified through the program as "authentic flight time". Active AirSource (or AAS) runs in either multiplayer OR single player mode in Flight Simulator.
If you want more information about this Active AirSource program, you can visit the following webpage; About AAS

| Eagles Nest Airport (31E), NJ |
|
File Description:
Located 02 miles N of West Creek, New Jersey on 80 acres of land, Eagles Nest Airport is a small single strip that hosts several single engine aircraft. No services are provided to transient aircraft, tie down spots are available on the tarmac adjacent to Runway 14. AI paths have been added to this airport in case you would like to direct any GA AI there. Trees are summer ONLY.
Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview, the author has not been there in person.
This scenery is meant to be used in conjunction with MegaScenery Earth New Jersey/Delaware 003. It is not required, but apron use is minimized to allow satellite scenery to show through as much as possible, and objects are placed based on the MSE textures - lack of it may make scenery look out of place.

Sometimes a model is so appealing I really wonder why don't we all fly this bird?
I installed the little bird in X-Plane 10 and I am thrilled.
Really a small jewel, looking so pretty and flying so pleasantly.
As usual I could not resist making an extra attractive skin.
I implemented normal files in the model, added several details as usual , etc.
A big "Merci beaucoup" for my friends from XPFR.
This really is a "MUST HAVE".
For a big screen of this bird visit my website.
Enjoy.

| Piasecki PV-2 |
|
File Description:
The PV-2 helicopter is powered with a four-cylinder, air-cooled Franklin engine, developing ninety horsepower. The engine is mounted with its crankshaft upright.
Piasecki has flown his helicopter in several public demonstrations. Once he took off from the driveway of a private home in Falls Church, Virginia, and flew a short distance to a filling station, where he landed and spent an A ration stamp for three gallons of gasoline. The surprised attendant put in the gas, wiped off the helicopter's windshield, and Piasecki took off again, heading for the golf course. A few minutes later he landed right beside the first tee, took his golf clubs out of the small baggage compartment, and proceeded to tee off for a game of golf. The young designer had done what many had talked about; no one had ever done that before.
