South African Air Force Vickers Viscount 700

File Description: c/n 280 V.781D. Delivered to the SAAF, 28 Squadron on 16 June 1958 carrying a large consignment of airframe spare parts. A lot of these parts were never used and were discovered in a stockists inventory in the UK in 2010 and are now being used to restore museum Viscounts around the world. On 1 February 1968 to 21 Squadron and then to 44 Squadron on 28 October 1983 where it continued opearation as a VIP transport aircraft until withdrawn from use in September 1991. It was sold in September 1991 to Bazair and exported as 9Q-CWL. It crashed on 6 June 1997, killing all 23 on board in the DRC. These are texture files only. Prior installation of Rick Piper's Vickers Viscount 700 model is required.

AVSIM Adventure Flights

File Description:
As part of the AVSIM "Bush Flying in FS2002" feature, these 12 bush flying adventures (plus a bonus Antarctica adventure) can be downloaded and installed, allowing you to not only read about bush flying in FS2002, but you can experience it as well. These 12 adventure flights were developed with all levels (experience) of flight simmers in mind, as each flight is rated as to difficulty, from "easy" to "very difficult" and the aircraft used include: default Cessna Caravan (amphibian and wheeled Caravan), default Bell 206 helicopter, Bob Wening-Yannick Lavigne Supercub (redcub), Bob Wening-Ron Ackerley "Wilderness Outfitters" Supercub on floats, Yannick Lavigne-Fred Banting DHC-2 Beavers, and Steven Grant's de Havilland DHC-6 Twin Otter "Argentine Air Force Arctic"! The readme file includes detailed descriptions of each individual adventure and helpful hints for their successful completion.

Lambert-St. Louis International Airport (KSTL)

File Description:
This airport took me a little while to do. Air Canada with United uses Concourse A, America West uses A, American Airlines uses all of C and D, Comair uses A, Coninental uses A, Delta uses A, KLM with Northwest uses A, Northwest uses A, Skyway uses E, United uses A, UsAir uses A, Big Sky uses E, and Southwest uses E. The gates aren't really positioned equivalent to their real life positions because I just wanted to add them to the airport. The gate numbering is somewhat similar. Runway 12R/30L and 6/24 used for takeoffs, 12L/30R and 13/31 used for landings, and 17/35 not used for anything because it's so short. If you want to use it for anything, that's cool. Emma Field Sightseeing Tour Release II

File Description:
Fly a VFR-tour in the area east of Seattle, Washington. You will need some skills of bush-flying. Included in this package are a detailed tour-description, maps (one per stage), situation- and WX-files (also per stage). You will leave from Emma Field and visit the following airfields: Elma (4W8), Flying M Ranch (OR05), Mount St. Helens Aero Ranch (WN10), Sultan Field (39P), Packwood (55S), Ranger Creek (21W), Cashmere-Dryden (8S2), Chelan (6S9),Stehekin State (1S2), Twisp Muni (2S0), Darrington Muni (1S2), Sky Harbor (S86), Harvey Field (S43), Diamond Point(2WA1), Lost Valley (KLVY), Forks (S18) and Washabamaggie Lake, before you return to Emma Field. This tour is based on the products Emma Field, GeoRender 1, GeoRender 3, GeoRender 4, GeoRender 5 and GeoRender 6 (all Lago) and freely downloadable scenery, but can also be flown without (one of) these. Colorado Lakes Project III

File Description:
This project features the lakes of Southwest Colorado, replaces the default Navajo Lake on the Colorado-New Mexico border, and adds over 300 highly detailed lakes to Colorado. They fit seamlessly with my "Colorado Lakes Project II" (colorado_lakes_project_2.zip) and "Colorado Lakes Project I" (colorado_lakes_project_1.zip) lakes. The original "Colorado Lakes Project I" is recommended to complete this package, as it contains McPhee, Lemon, and Vallecito Reservoirs. These lakes are specifically designed to show off their photo realistic detail when used in combination with "FSGenesis-The Rockies 38.2m Terrain Mesh-Colorado" available as "fsg_dem38m_usrk_co.zip" at avsim.com, or comparable mesh. The free FSGenesis US National Landclass Project Beta 6 also adds beautifully to the landscape. These lakes work equally as well with the default mesh. All lake information was projected from satellite imagery and compiled with a beta version of Jim Keir's "Slartibartfast" utility.

Dassault-Breguet Mirage F1

File Description:
This is a Gmax rework of my Mirage F1V2.0. It is a complete package with a simple 2D panel, sounds and With their permission, I've also included the gauges from Romain Lucas and Laurent Lucas's SUPER ETENDARD. There are four F1 versions within this package (VR cockpits are all CR models). They are the F1C, F1AZ, F1CR and F1CT.
I've added all new textures, a new custom soundset and added many Gmax features to improve realism. One of the major improvements to this plane is the addition of an ALL NEW more realistic looking Virtual cockpit. There are 6 loadout configurations and six paint schemes.
In the F1C models you can view the entire aircraft from the VRcockpit. Allowing for great Active Camera shots. I've included three Active Camera preset files for this purpose.

US Navy SNJ-5C, Baron Field, Alabama

File Description:
This is a repaint of Alphasim's excellent T-6/SNJ. These textures represent a SNJ-5C that was assigned to the Training Squadron at Baron Field, Alabama, The field became know as "Bloody Baron for the large number of training accidents. This squadron was used to train Naval & USMC fledgling pilots in the fine are of carrier aviation and subsequently make their trip out to the ship for qualification. This a sister to the plane that is hanging in the National Museum of Naval Aviation at NASP. Alphasim did not produce a -5C model so there is no visable hook, There is a modification that can be done to the aircarft.cfg file that will simulate a hook is in place and allow traps. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! You need the ALPHASIM Texan/Harvard FSX or FS9 payware package.
