File Description:
The aircraft represented is 6-13 as it appeared in the 1970s with 6°Stormo stationed at Brescia-Ghedi (LIPL) in northern Italy. These textures are intended for use with the Alpha Simulations F-104 Starfighter payware aircraft package. If you don't have the ALPHA F-104 Starfighter set and you like historical aircraft you really should get a copy. It is very well researched, includes four accurate flight models based on external loads, has an awesome panel with tons of features and is truly FSX compatible. | De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter VH-BMG |

File Description:
This is a repaint for the Aerosoft De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter, representing con.no 219, built in 1969 in the paintscheme she wore in 1985 as VH-BMG. She was used for aerial geological survey work for the Australian Bureau of Mineral Resources (BMR) all over the Australian outback (as evidenced by the stickers behind the pilot's door), and was equipped with a belly radome and a long magnetometer tail boom. Unfortunately, I could not model those. Since then, she has been converted back to normal configuration as P2-MFY with Missionary Aviation Fellowship in Papua New Guinea, and converted to DHC-6-300. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, using the paintkit by Aerosoft.

French Civil Defence livery for the DHC-6 Twin Otter model made by Eric Dantès and Mauricio Illanes. This livery is design for both wheels version and amphibian version. DXT3 bitmap, fully reflective textures with no MipMaps. This repaint features accurate colors, logos and markings.
New model files included for both versions. Detailled instructions given on the original amphibian model to download. Also included note for users of my AirSea Lines livery made for amphibian Twin Otter.

| "Himalayan Peaks" LOD10 Mesh, Volume 6 - Jammu and Kashmir |

File Description:
Highly detailed terrain mesh of the Jammu and Kashmir areas, N31-36 E76-78. The files in this package are based on Shuttle Radar (SRTM) Version 2 data but with many of the void areas, especially the most significant sections, filled with elevation data generated from topographic maps by Jonathan de Ferranti. While Jonathan's work is unrelated to flight simulation he kindly gave me permission to compile his data for use in FS. The result is a wonderful improvement in detail and accuracy over any existing mesh file, freeware or commercial, based on SRTM or DTED data alone.
Due to the large area of the Himalayas I've compiled the source data as two separate series: the "Himalayan Peaks" series covers prominent mountains and ranges in higher detail and locally overrides any existing LOD9 terrain mesh. In addition, a LOD9 "base mesh" series covering the entire Himalayas will be available for those who do not yet have an add-on terrain mesh of these beautiful mountains.
