ONLY FOR FS2004. Building with SceneGenX version 1.0 Build 54 By Tom Hiscox and some objects of RWY12.

Used EZ-Landclass version 2 by Russel Dirks to modify the base landclass of Maui. Made much greener as it should be, added golf courses in roughly the right locales (hard to be exact with landclass), added small town roughly where Hana should be. Maui now looks less like a desert.
