FS 2004 F-4D Skyray
Instructions
The files are packaged so that all you'll need to do is unzip the package directly into your FS2004 Aircraft folder.
The package has both panel, gauges and sound files included.
Credits
The visual model was designed by Kazunori Ito. The panel is a combination of the F4-D panel done by Peter Mercy and an F-86 panel done by Ken Mitchell. The FDE was created by myself utilizing Gerry Beckwith's Air Wrench. The Paint schemes are my creations. The sound files are provided by my friend Mark Cranston.
All of the components in this release are Freeware. They are for your personal use. Please do not upload them anywhere.

File Description:
LCPH- Paphos (Pafos) Airport. Just a basic upgrade of the default scenery. Things added:
Airport vehicles, I've changed the textures of the apron to concrete, I've added an extra taxiway down the back of the airport (just there for visual purposes, there are trees in the way i'm afraid), I've added some planes near the end of RWY 11, I've put in a firestation
Things i would like to do in future versions.
Remove trees at the extra taxiway- to do this i need someone to explain how to "flaten" the trees
Tested on a system upgraded to Acceleration so i'm not sure of results on lesser versions of FSX. I am not responsible for any damage to your system.

File Description:
These are a few changes to in-flight or 'pop-up' IFR requests.
These mods clean up the default punctuation a bit, and add the aircraft altitude at the initial IFR request. They remove the "as filed" section of the IFR clearance -- the assumption here (not necessarily so in the real world) is that if you planned to fly IFR enroute, you would have already filed on the ground, and therefore your air-file is an impromptu request. They also add the phrase "cleared direct to [airport] airport, expect radar vectors", which is the closest approximation of what the sim's ATC will actually do.

| Missing Texture AS 350 Blackcomb |

File Description:
There have been some reports of FS9 messages popping up requesting the texture "AS 350 Blackcomb" to be added to the Homer texture folder, or to the Medicine Hat texture folder. This is probably to do with my transfer of all FS9 files from one laptop that had died to a new one. Presumably "all" wasn't quite what I achieved.
This message seems to appear after installing Fort Nelson scenery, but that is probably just a coincidence and Fort Nelson probably has nothing to do with it.
If you get the message put this folder in the texture folder of whichever scenery you are directed to. I stress that I mean "THE FOLDER" and not just the contents of the folder.

Flight Simulator First Officer V2.3 is an update to popular virtual copilot program (e.g. FSFO V2.*) series. It's compatible with FS2004, FSX and FSX SE. This is a complete installer; you DO NOT need FSFO V2.*. If upgrading from 2.0, 2.1, or 2.2 please read the attached readme.txt file for instructions. FSFO will perform many functions, to include, but not limited to, calling Vspeeds, raising/lowering gear/flaps, and reading interactive checklist items. This is a repaint of Cayman Airways livery for the LEVEL-D 767-300 winglet payware. It is not perfect but it is the closest I could get it to real life. I do enjoy this livery and hope you enjoy it as well. All textures are DXT3, no mips. Thank you.
