1940s panel for Beechcraft 18 or 18S

File Description:
A panel for Twin Beeches totally lacking modern avionics. Has a Radio-goniometer, radio range, sextant and drift meter for navigation. Requires Radio Range 4 and Drift meter Version 2 for full functionality (will work without it though). Both available here.

Airspeed AS.10 Oxford Vintage Panel Update

File Description: This is an update to Keith Hackett's Airspeed Oxford (available in flightsim.com as: civilox.zip or oxford.zip) I made this because I felt the placement of the Bendix Radio/AP on this aircraft's panel just seemed 'wrong', so this update removes it from both Panel view & Virtual Cockpit view. In turn it adds the default FS2004 DC-3's Radio stack & Lockheed Vega's Sperry Autopilot, giving the cocokpit a much more 'legitimate' vintage look. Check out the pictures for a preview of what it looks like now! A special thanks to Keith Hackett for an awesome aircraft!

Streamlined panel for Grumman Goose G-21

File Description:
This panel streamlines the cockpit and virtual cockpit (VC) views in Lynn and Bill Lyons' Grumman Goose G-21 (cc9g21f2.zip). Why mess with perfection, you might ask? I like the Goose a lot: it's elegant, versatile, and has great views for VFR sightseeing. But on my system, the virtual cockpit's a bit sluggish. There's nothing wrong here with the airplane: it's just what happens when you try to run a complex piece of software on old hardware. Rather than give up, I decided to reduce the number of gauge objects, first in the cockpit (which I don't use very much anyway) and then in the virtual cockpit (which is where you should be flying this great old bird anyway). I also eliminated some of the hotspots. With fewer gauge objects, there are more system resources left over for the sim. The result, on my system, is smoother flying. While I was at it, I also replaced the magnetic compass with a VOR gauge. I know that's unrealistic, but that's what I did.

Bell 427 V2.0 - Panel and lights FIX

File Description:
I would like to thank to our friend Aldo (co author of VFR on Lario Project) who rang the bell and noticed some annoying issues:

a) I missed the default FS9 lights! A friend of mine was testing some details in the aircraft.cfg file and I have forgotten to rename the lights. If you have A2A Shockwave lights, leave the lights as they are in the aircraft.cfg. I don't have this wonderful addon, so I have the same problem!
b) When I was testing some different panel layouts, I lost my mind and I did not changed the correct call for the panel. If you're curious, in the aircraft.cfg file, all liveries call a panel named "crystal"; which of course does not exist. This cause that no panel would be loaded... I am sorry.

However, everything can be fixed and this is the solution for both issues.

Douglas DC-3 MAAM-SIM Panel Modifications

File Description:
Requires prior installation of the R4D-6/DC-3 package available from Mid-Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org. Will not work with the default FS2004 DC-3. These unofficial modifications, in two versions, of the panel supplied for the DC-3 in the MAAM-SIM package are uploaded with their permission. In both versions everything is consolidated on, or is accessible from, the Pilot's panel. Most features are accessible from the VC also. Version 1 replaces the Sperry autopilot with a Bendix autopilot and adds an HSI and RMI to the panel; Version 2 retains the Sperry but replaces the directional gyro with a more contemporary gyro with Heading bug. This panel also has an RMI and a conventional VOR1 gauge. Both panels have several other enhancements including standby radios.
