Tree Improvement For FU3 - Seattle Palette

File Description:
The purpose of this package is to update the quality of the standard 'ntree1-5' supplied with the game. The standard trees use very small mipmaps which makes them sometimes appear more like 'blobs'! Although I created the 'jtree' hi-res tree set, much good work had already been done using the standard trees, not to mention the existing LGS-placed trees that dot the landscape. By applying this update, ALL the trees are updated with one file change.

FBO Upgrade Seattle Region

File Description:
The purpose of this package is to update the quality of the standard 'fbo1, fbo4 & fbo6' supplied with the game. The standard fbos use a 32 x 32 mipmap which looks pretty flaky in comparison to everything else these days! Rather than simply create more FBOs (done that...), this update will apply to all packages and existing LGS airports with one file change.

Windsock Upgrade

File Description:
This model set adds a 'segmented circle' and lights to standard FU3 windsocks. The model is placed using FLED and adds some realism to your strip whilst making the windsock easier to find! Versions are provided for both region palettes, allowing their use in all regions - simply select the appropriate files and regions (sanfran for UKS, seattle for Switzerland).

MegaPatchPlus Version 1. High Resolution Terrain Texture Builder

File Description:
MegaPatchPlus is using 24Bit color targa picture parts to build a rectangle of a half megatile (70MB). Apply steps from tutorial inside zip to create the megatile using this tool and graphic tools mainly IrfanView and Photoed The earlier version MegaPatch was building the picture from 256 colors tga. After building you have to resize the full picture and it is better for quality to do this using a full color image. This was the reason to make MegaPatchPlus. The new version 1.2 supports scales 1:10000, 1:25000 and 1:5000.

William R Fairchild Intl. Airport (KCLM)

File Description:
Fully functional medium size uncontrolled airport WILLIAM R FAIRCHILD INTERNATIONAL (Port Angeles, Washington). Was made using the data from www.airnav.com and www.fltplan.com. All details are in the readme-file inside the .zip-archive. No additional packages needed. Note for those, who have already downloaded the previous version: There have been no fundamental changes, i've only added one more taxiway that i hadn't noticed before because of the poor quality of the airport scheme and made the taxiway dimensions more accurate. Hope, you like it :)
