I was flying around the FSX world looking for a real world sloping airstrip just begging to be modeled with a touchdown tire squealing, smoking rubber - that kind of hardened surface sloping runway after I finally figured out how to persuade the FSX SDK to compile one. The Airfield Candidate shall have high density LiDAR elevation and high resolution Orthoimagery data available for public download. I was flying a Beechcraft Baron 58 over Wanaque Reservoir in Northeast NJ of all places when I happened upon a photo scenery runway on a sloping hill top without the usual FSX flattened airport plateau effect and FSX textured runway. After some input and ideas from a fellow FS2Crew pilot here is a non-APU version of my flow and checklist to even closer mimic real world OPs the way many big airlines operate in real life every day at big airports around the world where the use of APU is limited to only a short period of time a couple of minutes before engine start. I also (don't I always ;-)) did some other changes and what I think improvements since my last version so give it a try and see what you think! About fitting the list on 2 A4 pages when printing it from WordPad please set all your margins to 25 mm in WordPad and uncheck the option to print the page numbers. This time I will not ask the AVSIM Library Managers to replace my old version with this one since some of you might still want the version where the APU is used depending on what kind of flights you do and to what kind of airports. Instead this will be uploaded as a new and separate version.
A flow/checklist for flying PMDG's 737NGX with FS2Crew Voice Edition. Did this mainly for my own use meaning the flow/checklist is adjusted for how I do my flying and with the addons I use like Aerosoft AES for example. Please also be aware this is not the kind of flow/checklist that includes all things you need to perform during a normal flight but instead you are expected to already have a general knowledge of both the NGX and FS2Crew. However I thought others might be helped by this too both newbies to get you going with the "flow" using FS2Crew but also for the more experienced users as a simple to print out and use memory note. It's also easy for you to change whatever you like to suit your own needs better since I created it in common rtf format using the standard Wordpad Windows application. I deliberately made it as compressed as possible leaving out stuff like all the answers to the checklists etc so it would fit on a single A4 sheet being easy to print and maybe also laminate if you like. Hope you'll enjoy it!

File Description:
This file was produced in ADE v1.35 and is an updated and enhanced version of Ray Smith's crosswind AFCAD for the airport - improved with Ray Smith's kind permission. It also owes a great deal to the help I have had from Jim Vile and Jon Masterson at fsdeveloper.com. This new version updates airline codings, increases parking at the domestic terminal for Cebu Pacific Air, Asian Spirit and South East Asia Air and improves the flow of traffic around the airport. Some buildings have been added to create a little more of the feel of the real airport. The overall impact is significantly increased traffic. Tested with WOAI and custom AI traffic. For other changes made, please see the Readme. (Re-upload.) There is a more up to date version of this airport by me with Terminal 3 open and in use: aig_rpll_nino_aquino_manila_fsx_default_v2.zip

This is a repaint for the payware FSX Aerosoft F-16 depicting Holloman AFB F-16C 88-0454 from the 8th Fighter Squadron in the special 'Black Sheep' paint scheme. Just like on the "49 WG" jet, I pulled out all the stops for this repaint and gave it the kind of attention to detail a CO's jet should get!
To give these textures a sharp "Hi-Def" look, I painted them in 2048 resolution, reduced them to Aerosoft's "native" 1024 resolution, then saved them with DXT5 and no mip maps. For those of you with high-end systems, I've included those 2048 textures for you to try!
I repainted all the grey markings/decals from nose to tail so they now have a sharp, "Hi-Def" look to them, as well as the pilot, ejection seat, engine, weapons, and more!

FSX AI Spotter is a program that is able to schedule AI Aircraft flights (departure and arrivals) for a certain airport using both manual and "live" traffic information.
In the manual mode, the user is able to populate the airport using a simple formatted text file while in the live mode, using geniXsoft "connector", is possible to connect to flightaware.com to get real-time information. FSXAIS then will automatically visualize aircrafts and assigns them flightplan accordings to the scheduled received from the Web.
This update is able to assigns - for the same aircraft type and airline - different aircraft variation if they are available from FSX (i.e. if more than one kind of B738 of Ryanair are available in FSX, each of them will be used for the schedule). File Description:
This is a small turf strip 1500x70 feet located near the border of NJ and PA in the northwestern part of the state. It's not officially listed so I don't have any more data than that. No services of any kind are available. Trees are summer ONLY. If you fly VFR around the area, this will at least prevent you from seeing a random-looking grass strip over some trees and half a neighborhood. Runway headings are 11/29
Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview, the author has not been there in person.
This scenery is meant to be used in conjunction with MegaScenery Earth New York 007. It is not required, but apron use is minimized to allow satellite scenery to show through as much as possible, and objects are placed based on the MSE textures - lack of it may make scenery look out of place.

TMLE was designed to make the use of High Definition and Super High Definition textures easier. By default, FSX's maximum texture resolution is set to the 1024x1024 scale. TMLE can modify this to 2048x2048, and even 4096x4096, allowing you to take full advantage of HD textures. TMLE is not available in very many places these days, as the original Frosty Software website is no loner active. One day, a friend asked me if I had the original installer exe. Fortunately, after some searching on my hard drive, I was able to locate it. The idea came to us that it would be cool to make TMLE available to the public again, but not before contacting the original author. I contacted Steve Frost and he was kind enough to grant me permission to upload it. A huge thanks goes out to him for the permission and for developing such a simple, yet useful tool!

The Dash-8 Q400 by Majestic Software for FSX is a very complex model, and therefore continuous practice is normally needed to remain current on this aircraft. This EASY FLYING GUIDE is made for those who want to fly this wonderful model only occasionally, without studying the manuals before each flight. The EASY FLYING GUIDE leads you through your flight with the Majestic Software Dash-8 Q400, from the preparation of the FSX until engine shutdown at the parking position of the destination airport. It is a kind of checklist, amended by additional information (e.g. where the switches for each step are located in the cockpit and how to operate the essential FMS functions). Besides a PDF, there is also a DOC file which allows you to modify the guide for your own needs (but not for further distribution/publishing!). Aero Vodochody L-39 Albatros for FSX by Lotus Simulations in a fictional private "Red Air Holland" livery. Since the end of the cold war the Aero Vodochody L-39 Albatros became very popular with private pilots to either collect or fly them in "nostalgic" cold war livery's. Some (former) military pilots purchased/leased the relatively cheap L-39 in order to sell flight-time to train (Airborne) Forward Air Controllers or to provide military flying units (all kind) some realistic flying opposing forces units during exercises. This livery represents such a private company, the fictional Dutch "Red Air Holland" L-39C for (A)FAC training and OPFOR services. The livery is a privately purchased former Royal Thai Air Force L-39C with freshly applied RAH markings and striping. The company logo is inspired by the Kalashnikov factory logo, but with Dutch colors. The L-39C has a civil registration as well as the original RTAF serial number. Though this paint is purely fictional, some L-39's are used for the above discribed servises, and their number is ever growing. You need the excellent payware Aero L-39 by Lotus Simulations in order to use this repaint. Enjoy!

File Description: This scenery is very detailed in design fitting the newest airport layout from 2017. All important buildings are new designed, partly recreated by basicly using objects from the Sketchup Warehouse. Nighttextures are completely integrated. The surrounding area was adapted to the real surroundings by new landclasses. Also the mesh round the airport is adjusted. There are three Photobackgrounds aviable fitting the FSX standardscenery (all seasons), the Switzerland ProX (summer and winter) and Mega Scenery Earth (only summer). RECOMMENDED LIBRARIES:
Many smaller objects, such as people, cars, or static planes in this scenery, are taken from three popular freeware libraries, for which I got the kind permission of the authors.
